Unsafe, untrustworthy and beyond malpractice
I’ve had an absolutely dreadful experience with Soma Peptides, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. From the moment I started using their products, things went downhill fast, and I’m genuinely concerned about the safety and legitimacy of what they’re selling.
First and foremost, every single product I ordered from Soma Peptides turned into a gelatinous mess. I followed their storage and handling instructions to the letter, but no matter what I did, the peptides clumped up and became unusable. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it raises serious questions about the quality and purity of what they’re shipping out. Are they even selling what they claim to be? For all we know, they could be peddling something far worse—like illegal fentanyl sourced from shady suppliers in China. The lack of transparency and the consistent gelling issue make me doubt everything about their operation.
Then there’s their customer service, which is nothing short of alarming. I reached out multiple times to get answers about the gelling problem, and their responses were vague, dismissive, and sometimes outright hostile. It felt like they were dodging my questions rather than addressing them. The worst part? When I mentioned I was considering posting an honest review online about my experience, they banned me from ordering from them. That’s right—they straight-up cut me off for daring to speak up. If that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is. Any company that reacts to criticism by silencing customers is hiding something, plain and simple.
This kind of behavior screams untrustworthy. A legitimate business would work to resolve issues, not punish people for wanting to share their experiences. Their actions make me wonder what they’re so desperate to keep under wraps. Are their products mislabeled? Contaminated? Or worse, dangerous? I’m no expert, but I know that peptides shouldn’t be gelling up like this, and a company shouldn’t be acting this shady.
I can’t stress this enough: stay far away from Soma Peptides. Their products could be putting your health at serious risk. Between the questionable quality, the scary customer service, and their sketchy ban-hammer tactics, there’s nothing about this company that inspires confidence. I’m genuinely worried that their products might cause harm—or worse. Save yourself the headache and potential danger. Avoid Soma Peptides at all costs.

Our team went above and beyond to accommodate your repeated concerns — including sending a free vial upon request, replacing an order reported as missing (despite proof of delivery), and issuing a full credit for another package you claimed was not received. These actions were taken in good faith.
Unfortunately, after multiple instances of unsupported claims, demands for additional free product, and threats to dispute charges or post negative reviews if we did not comply, we were forced to discontinue service. This decision was not taken lightly but was necessary to protect the integrity of our business and our customers.
Our peptides are manufactured in cGMP facilities, independently tested for purity and sterility, and used safely by thousands of practitioners and clients nationwide. Claims about product contamination or safety concerns are baseless and defamatory.
