Parcel delivered in alternate reality, because it certainly hadn’t been delivered in mine.
Tracking says my parcel has been delivered, but it hasn’t. Photo hasn’t been taken either as proof of delivery. Have had to now raise a dispute with EBay.

Lost parcel. No help. No refund
Yodel delivered the parcel to wrong village let alone address. One of the agents admitted it and I have proof on the chat transcript. Despite proving all the evidence including the transcript which highlighted their own agent admitting the parcel was delivered to wrong address, they refused to help recover the parcel or provide a refund.
They might be cheap, but if you ever lose a parcel you won't be getting it back or getting any help from Yodel
