In the past had purchased one of the MLB collab lights as a gift for my mother who loved it. Then made the mistake of purchasing a few mystery boxes as funny Christmas gifts for some friends and one for myself. The boxes arrived and it appeared the mystery was going to be if the lights were broken or not based on how beat up the packaging was. Each light came with a few accessories though it was totally random if all of the ones that should be there were there. One light lasted for about a month before the wiring broke and the light nearly caught on fire. One was so scratched up on the plastic that holds the light together you would've thought someone tried to clean it with sandpaper. And one light lasted almost 2 months before it started to flicker randomly and now part of it doesn't light up anymore. Of course because I held onto these until Christmas not knowing the deplorable state some of them were in, there was nothing to be done.

Loved the sign, but wish there was clearer and more streamlined communication! This was a significant purchase for me, and looking back I wish I would've asked for a detailed invoice/quote (I didn't know it would come with two batteries, yay! but also didn't know they didn't see my request for table stand vs wall mount). Also, upon inquiring for a quote I was hounded... it was just too intense- several phone calls asking to talk about my quote until I finally initiated an email with their sales team to ask about communicating via email instead. Then, when they hit a snag in my design and need my go ahead, they emailed me the same message two days in a row (on a weekend) instead of waiting for my reply when I was back in office during normal business hours. So, again, love the final product I got, but wish the process was more seamless and straightforward.

Yellowpop has continuously exceeded my expectations! My second purchase from them ended up having 2 slight burn marks after 3 months of use. I reached out and spoke with Marvin who was beyond amazing and very helpful. He kept in contact with me every step of the way with receiving my replacement. I will definitely make future purchases with this company

Yellowpop delivers AGAIN. This is my 3rd one and it is perfect. They communicate very well, priced very fairly and delivered flawlessly! Had a glitch after installing, Nishay and production team fully warrantied it with a new sign. YELLOPOP CONTINUES TO BE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Don’t shop anywhere else in the world, you will miss out if you do! YELLOWPOP FOR THE WIN!!!

My family has moved many many times and as we all know when you move you lose and break things. We bought an awesome custom neon for my daughter and then decided to do the same for my son. Unfortunately, when we moved most recently, his mounting equipment was lost. I emailed YELLOWPOP customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement set. It was fast, friendly and easy. No questions asked or added paperwork. We've been waiting to put my son's neon up - I know he will be super excited to finally get it on the wall. Thank you YELLOWPOP for being so quick and understanding.

Terrible Experience. I ordered a sign from yellowpop that was over $1500. It worked well for a month and started having issues (rapidly flashing). I brought up my concerns to someone named MARVIN that ran circles around my questions. I've since then gotten two FAULTY receivers, and an empty promise for a new sign. I was promised a new sign ONE MONTH ago and havent even gotten a new tracking number.

When I call, Marvin always answers the phone and never has a direct answer. Its either the production team hasnt gotten the right ticket or we cant get in touch with the delivery team.

Stay away from this company. the customer service is absolutely terrible and they DO NOT value your hard earned dollars.

They have forced me to turn to the better business bureau.

Yellowpop has their customer service dialed in! I dealt with Kristina when we began the project back in December of 2024 and she is an absolute rock star. She kept me in the loop of every stage from design, production (inclusive of date), and shipping. The item was professionally packaged for international shipping, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. It makes a huge impact on the exterior of the brewery. I would most definitely use Yellowpop again and have referred them to a friend who is equally as happy with the outcome of his project.
