I made the purchase of a necklace and wasn't happy with the quality of it. I returned it in the original packaging asking for a refund, and I was denied. The company has stopped returning my many attempts to take care of this. I would strongly suggest not doing business with this company.

Hi Robert, we apologize that you weren't happy with the necklace. However- you did NOT return the chain in its original condition as our return policy states. Instead, we received a worn in and broken chain, which is why we can not and will not process the refund. We even offered you a completely brand new and free chain to which you denied.

I have bought several pieces from them
I have bought several pieces from them. I really love the quality, I get many compliments. I have lost 1 piece because they changed the clasp, and the new clasp if you pull enough it will come undone. I do some dancing and that’s when it happens for normal people or if you wear it to an event it’s not a problem. But I do wish it had the security clap.
