Dr. Tusk has greatly changed my life for the better. She has treated a variety of conditions, and every time, the effectiveness of Chinese medicine blows me away! The treatments are gentle yet powerful, and always work with your body (instead of against it) to heal the root of the issue. Most importantly, Dr. Tusk knows SO much and is so gracious and happy to share it. Her advice on healthy living help prevent so much disease and is so encouraging. Dr. Tusk's genuine caring and concern, combined with her expertise, experience, and professionalism, means that visits are such a pleasure. Plus, I always walk out much more knowledgeable than when I walked in. I feel lucky to have Dr. Tusk in my life!

I love Dr Yael's approach - not just dealing with symptoms alone, but finding and addressing the root cause (and preventing problems in the first place through lifestyle choices, where possible).
Dr Yael has provided me with great advice regarding fertility in my particular situation. She has been encouraging where Western medicine has tried to discourage me.
I'm also reading her book on reproductive health and it really resonates. And working with a frum Dr who understands and respects my religious values is a huge plus!

We came in for a health issue to Dr Yael for one of our children. She was really nice, proffessional, and knows how to think out of the box which was what we were looking for. I felt like I could rely on her knowledge- she has alot of experience and also has done tons of research. I find that that combination is hard to come by in health care practitioners. Dr. Yael Tusk is truly an incredible healer! She has healed many of my family's terrible coughs, colds, and even from the flu for the past few years. She has amazingly helped strengthen my extremely sensitive gut and alleviate my acid reflux. Dr. Yael Tusk takes her time to truly listen to what you need and never rushes your appointment. I went to Yael due to extremely low energy levels. I had been dragging myself through the days, and everything felt like such an effort. Yael zeroed in on the issue, and after just one acupuncture treatment, I felt a boost to my energy that was apparent even to the people around me. I continued with further treatments and the improvements have been steady and lasting. (The bonus is getting to ask Yael my health questions during sessions. Her knowledge and expertise is extensive!)

I am very impressed by Dr Tusk's book on Chinese Medicine, 'Health, a Natural Approach', published by Mosaica Press. It is clear and straightforward, and easy to understand, as well as very knowledgeable.
Shame I live in a different country, so can't take advantage of a personal consultation.

I brought my newborn baby to Dr Tusk for a recurrent virus. He was hospitalized at 3 weeks old and healed once he returned home yet a week later all the symptoms returned. I was determined not to go back to the hospital, after we both had a traumatizing experience, and a wise friend suggested I call Dr Tusk. The following evening she squeezed me in a worked her magic on my sweet baby boy. The fever that he had broke the following day, the wheezing he had was gone by the following evening and the cough he had been struggling with was gone a couple of days later. Not only does she have healing hands but she is so sweet and caring! Thank you Dr Tusk!

my husband tends to develop a cough at the later stages of a cold/flu that leads to Bronchitis. This has been going on since his twenties.( until his 60’s !!). A few years ago, Dr Tusk treated him with an herbal formula. I was in labor for many hours, having contractions at home with little progress. The intensity stayed the same and so did the time intervals. I felt stuck. I needed something to give it a push and get things moving. I went to Yael for accupuncture to help the contractions be more effective. It was unbelievable! During the session I felt the baby move much lower down in my body. I looked very different as I walked out to the taxi to go home. My water broke shortly after. The contractions got much stronger and effective and a short while later we welcomed our baby girl into the world! Accupucture was exactly what my body needed in order to maximize each contraction. I came to Dr. Tusk for help with a prolapsed uterus. After a few sessions, I saw results. I also took her herbal prescription again after birth and it helped my uterus not descend.

I had an injury to my outer ankle, with a wound that was not healing for months. It was painful and caused me to have difficulty walking. Dr Tusk diagnosed the issue, (a venous ulcer, caused by trauma) and administered acupuncture and other treatments. I am b"h completely cured.
