This is the first Time I ordered Jersey from this site,I’m not gona lie I was sceptic about the quality and even if the jersey will arrive,lo behold a Guy Called Jimmy was very patient,polite and very helpful in designing and choosing the accurate sizes for days I keep changing my mind with the size but he took his time and we arrived at a very perfect size in EU,The delivery time blew my mind I’m not joking it took just 6 days from China to EU from 12 June -18 June ,the jersey quality and printing is very good and nice, hope it will last for ages,Jimmy assisted me perfectly and I’m very happy,I can’t wait to make my second order…will definitely recommend try n talk to Jimmy for an assistance…

You will not be disappointed
I have tried multiple different companies who make customized soccer jersey and found that Xteamwear has great quality, price and service.
I definitely recommend it, and make sure to plan ahead when you need your jersey. It does take some time to get it, but it’s still pretty quick.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they shipped goods without the proper paperwork and goods were seized by revenue, they promised to pay the fine but did not, I would never use this company again.

This jersey customization website is superb, especially the account manager nic. he is professional and enthusiastic, patiently answered my questions and gave a lot of good suggestions. Poor communication and delayed delivery
I submitted an order on May 4th, and paid for express shipping. I submitted the order and was expecting to receive notice by May 10th, per their website. It wasn't until I reach out on the 12th that they responded to me saying that the order had not started. I asked if they could please cancel, and was ghosted until the order shipped. I needed the shirts to arrive by the 20th, however, they arrived on the 22nd. They only responded to me now, since I placed a dispute on Paypal. And they claim they let me know ahead of time of the time of arrival, however, that is not the case. I am waiting now to see what happens with my money since they did not fulfill their promises on their website.

Ordered 2 coats. 5th December delivery 3-5 days. Still not arrived tracking didnt work . New link sent by customer service worked but said parcel returned to customer. Shambles Save yourself some money dont order from here especially if your in the UK.
