I bought my son the carbon-tek storage unit back in January 2025. Upon opening it recently I’m noticing the unit looks used and maybe was a return. There are white spots, hand prints ( not mines) damaged wood that was painted over. I wasn’t able to build the unit until not, but wasn’t expecting used furniture for the price I paid. Now I’m stuck with used/ damaged furniture.

You can recline way back....
Chair is very comfortable and has zip off covers that can be washed which is great!
The only downside is the chair is very low to the ground with no height adjustment. Standard height gaming desk makes it very awkward and uncomfortable
Love the ability to lean/recline back. The ottoman is pretty sturdy.

Great chair. Got the unit in position. I think I may have to add a seat cushion, but thati is simply an individual taste. I am going to get a power supply for the Blutooth Transmitter. I have gone through about 15 batteries to keep the sound going. I may have to use the TV speakers for a bit.

Problems are getting worked on
I am changing my review from one star to five star because the company has reached out to me now and is trying to help me resolve a solution to be able to get the chair speakers working. I’m sure they will do everything they can to make sure that I get my chair working correctly or get me another one that will work with my set up. Unfortunately, I thought this chair would be able to do Bluetooth through the PlayStation, but it will not allow it. It’s a shame because this is a gaming chair, but I am happy with the customer service so far.
