XOOM Energy

Just got off the phone with XOOM Energy Cust Svc. More billing problems. They did not send a bill. I got a REMINDER today, but no DUE DATE. I spoke to cust svc for more than one hour and ... got nowhere. Carlos M. could not help me, neither could he forward my call to management.

It seems that XOOM assigned me two different accounts and is UNABLE to remove the bad one. Carlos said he forwarded a msg to another department, but he's not allowed to tell me which or to whom. Or how long it might take.

This is the most incompetent company I've ever seen. They seem incapable of solving straigtforward problems.

I ASKED THAT THEY REMOVE LATE FEES AND THAT i'D PAY THE BILL. BUT THEY CAN ONLY REMOVE 1 (ONE) LATE FEE PER YEAR!!! EVEN IF THE PROBLEM IS THEIRS!!!!!

I've never seen such incompetance. They seem good at adding late fees, etc, but cannot fix a problem that they admit is theirs.

So I will pay them but then I will close my account with XOOM Energy. And I suggest that all who read this review do the same.

Great follow through

Marlene was really easy to work with and followed through on her promises to decrease my gas and power bills. She always answers and returns her calls and followed through on her referral program. Thanks Marlene nest of luck in the future

Would strongly recommend. Easy migration of services and rates are more competitive than other providers. Staff are readily available and helpful.

Marlene Matriano service rep

Marlene, my service rep, was concise with her explanation of the fees and change-over procedure. She made me feel at ease switching to a new company. The process became quick and easy with nothing hidden and simple notification of when the process would be complete. Marlene has also been available for any follow up questions I have had. Excellent all around.

Xoom Energy Canada Review

Simple order process online. No upfront cost. Fixed rates are lower than my enmax fixed rates and admin fees were lower only $6.85/mth each. E-Bill so convenient I just login online and pay. Happy that I know how to read my energy bills thank you to xoom energy for educating me.
