No customer service. I have been trying for a month to contact customer service to return some items that didn't fit. No replies from the email address that is listed on their site. Phone is not in service. They advertise "free returns", but there is no way to download the return shipping label. Guess I'll go ahead and ship back at my expense and hope for the best and dispute on my credit card if they don't refund me. BTW-I really like the item that I am keeping. Calf compression sleeves.

not worth returning but the size from chart is not reflected in the socks. maybe i should of gotten the large instead.

The only reason I didn't give the socks a 5 star, was that they are so long. Other reviewers mentioned the extra generous length, but I ordered them anyway. I wanted them for race training (rather than the medical ones I have from the doctor's prescription for all day wear). Today I wore them with the top band folded down so it was not covering the knee and some thigh, not knowing if it would compress too much in that area (it seemed OK, but it's hard to be sure). Please in the near future make socks that come just below the knee! I need the heel and ankle covered -rather than a leg sleeve, which is easy to find, but medically I cannot use. I need to wear them all day long.

Bought these socks for my husband who is healing from an open compound fracture. They give him the support he needs with a bit of style. He loves them so we ordered several more pairs. I only gave 4 stars because the socks all seems to vary in length- some stop right before the knee, while the other sock goes to mid thigh.

I give you 6 stars. I have been suffering lately from swelling in my legs and feet

With regular sport socks my ankles would swell up bulging big time .

I just received my compression socks been infer all day walking etc and zero swelling

I will order more and wear daily n matter what I am doing

My daughter and I both wear X31 compression socks for sports and working out. The other day, I had my husband try a pair -- he's 70+ and has swelling in both legs. Now, I've had to order more socks for him because he wouldn't take mine off! The swelling (edema) in both legs has reduced and he says "they feel great!"
