Great, but for a price.

I really like being able to plan upcoming posts, the user interface works pretty well. The free plan is extremely basic and almost unusable, you certainly have to pay for it to be useful in anyway.

Zoho Social has been my One-Stop-Shop for managing all of the social media accounts for my business. The service is seamless and has literally saved me so much time. Not only can I make 1 post that publishes to all of the platforms, but it also allows me to schedule future posts. #zohosocial is the way to go for all of us busy, on-the-go entrepreneurs.

I’m new to Zoho Social, but wow, it’s so easy to use! I connected my Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts in minutes and started scheduling posts without any hassle. The interface is super clean, and I love how it suggests the best times to post for more likes and shares. The reports are easy to understand, even for a beginner like me. It’s already saving me so much time, and I’m excited to keep exploring it. Definitely recommend Zoho Social to anyone looking to simplify their social media!

I would like to share some feedback…

I would like to share some feedback regarding Zoho’s subscription policy.

While the Zoho applications themselves are very useful and efficient for our work, we found certain aspects of the subscription and billing policy to be quite disappointing. Specifically:

If we reduce the number of users on our subscription (e.g., from 10 to 8 users), the system still charges us for all 10 users for the full term.

Instead of issuing a refund for the reduced users, Zoho only offers account credits for future use.

In cases where a company stops using Zoho services within the same year, these credits are not refundable, effectively resulting in a loss of funds for the unused portion.

I already raised this concern with a Zoho agent, but unfortunately, the response was not satisfactory. As a customer, I believe it would be fairer if Zoho either allowed proportional refunds or offered more flexible cancellation and downgrade options.

I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the customer experience going forward.

I wanted to clarify one key detail that might have contributed to the confusion, deactivating a user within the application does not automatically reduce your subscription’s user count. To actually bring down the billing count, the user reduction needs to be done manually from store.zoho.com. We do display a prompt when deactivating users to remind admins about this step, but I understand it can be missed sometimes.

As per our current refund policy, we provide account credits for unused users when downgrades are made mid-term, rather than issuing a direct refund. I completely understand how this may not be ideal in cases where your company decides not to continue with Zoho.
