Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us about your order. I really apologize for the inconvenience with the delivery issue.

From the tracking information, I can see that the package was initially sent to the wrong location in Chicago, but then seems to have been properly routed to Arizona. However, there were multiple delivery attempts in Goodyear and Phoenix that failed due to an invalid address. This is quite unusual since we haven't encountered address verification issues before.

To resolve this, may I kindly suggest:

We can resend the item to your correct address in Arizona (please confirm the full shipping address)
Or if you prefer, we can issue a full refund
We could also send a replacement package with expedited shipping once we confirm your correct address
Please let me know which solution you would prefer and confirm your full shipping address. Also, if you know why there might have been address verification issues (like a missing apartment number or other details), that information would be very helpful.

Again, I sincerely apologize for this delivery problem. We'll make sure to get this resolved to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,
Karl

Great product but not all of them work

Great product but my super smash Bros ganondorf card from the 40 pack doesn't work at all

you also have a someone selling these exact cards for 10$ less at walmart.com so I feel a bit ripped off by paying more than I could have and still not getting a full set of working cards

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that the Super Smash Bros Ganondorf card from your 40-pack isn’t working. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.

We test our cards before shipping, but occasionally a card can be defective. I’d be happy to send you a free replacement for the Ganondorf card right away—please just reply with your address confirmation and I’ll get it shipped out as soon as possible.

Regarding the pricing, I also appreciate your honesty and understand your concern. While there may be similar-looking products listed elsewhere for less, Zeldacards guarantees authenticity, quality, and full support for every order. We cannot guarantee the same reliability or support for cards from other sellers. That said, I want you to feel good about your purchase, so I’m happy to offer you a partial refund or a coupon for a future order as a gesture of goodwill—just let me know your preference.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. If you need help with any other cards or have questions, please let me know!

Best regards,

Karl

Great product

In general, the cards are great. They work well, and it's convenient having them in one small container. My only gripe is that the custom art used on the cards makes it a bit difficult to tell which amiibo they are supposed to represent.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy to hear the cards are working well for you, and we appreciate your note about the artwork design. 🌟

To make it easier to identify each card, we’ve prepared a detailed reference sheet that matches the custom art to the corresponding amiibo: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TpP5eUaxmjxSANEsWisV6Vhvf-cHHqhChfyEqMTu09g/

We recommend printing the sheet or keeping it handy on your device for easy reference. If you’d like a specific guide for your set (e.g., TotK 40 Cards), just let us know—we’re happy to help!

Thanks again for choosing Zeldacards. Your insights help us improve!

Why?

Why am I getting this request to review a product I'm still waiting for? My package is still detained right now! Please have someone look into this because this is ridiculous!

Dear Customer,

I’m Karl from Zeldacards, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your order. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially receiving a review request while your package is still held up.

Currently, the latest tracking status shows:
**VANCOUVER, DETAINED BY LOCAL CUSTOMS FOR INSPECTION**

Unfortunately, customs inspections can sometimes take longer than expected, and we have no control over this process. However, we’re closely monitoring the situation.

If you’d prefer not to wait, we’d be happy to process a full refund for you—just let us know your preference. Otherwise, we’ll keep you updated as soon as there’s any movement.

For real-time tracking, you can check here:

Again, I’m truly sorry for this experience. Please don’t hesitate to reply if you’d like a refund or further assistance.

Missing Item - UPDATED

Update #2:

Karl responded right away and had the missing amiibo card shipped out immediately! Thank you again, Karl!

Update #1:

Thank you for your quick response, Karl!

I actually emailed "supportatlinkinbot.com" which was the customer service email address I was given along with my order. (Trustpilot doesn't allow email addresses in reviews so I had to write "at" instead of @.)

I have forwarded all of the emails to the email that you have provided.

Thanks again!

This would have been a five-star review if it weren’t for the issues below. February 25, 2025: I placed an order (#6208) for a full set of Animal Crossing Mini Size Amiibo Cards. February 26, 2025: I received a shipping notification right away. March 5, 2025: I reached out to the customer service team when I realized that my order was missing one card (Dom #477) and that I had received a duplicate card (Chabwick #491). March 5, 2025: Customer service reached out right away to let me know that they would send me my missing card as soon as possible. They did mention Julia, which confused me because I was missing Dom. March 26, 2025: I reached out to customer service again to see if I could get an update. No response. April 14, 2025: I am now writing this review in an attempt to get the company’s attention since they are not responding via email. These cards are supposed to be a birthday gift. I thought I had plenty of time to get the issue sorted out before my friend’s birthday but now I am getting worried because the company hasn’t reached out to me in over a month.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we deeply apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to resolving this immediately.

Here’s what we’ve done:

Order Review: We’ve confirmed your order (#6208) for the Animal Crossing Mini Card Set and acknowledge the missing Dom (#477) and duplicate Chabwick (#491) cards. This was an error on our end.
Email Correspondence: Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your prior messages in our system (see screenshot attached). We suspect this may be due to a technical issue or a different email being used. To ensure we can assist you promptly, could you kindly:
Confirm the email address you used to contact us?
Forward your previous messages to support@zeldacards.com (our official support channel) for verification?
Next Steps:

Replacement Sent: Regardless of the email mix-up, we’ve already prepared a replacement Dom card for you, which will be shipped express with tracking via DHL/USPS today. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Follow-Up: We’ll personally monitor this case to ensure the replacement arrives before your friend’s birthday.
Regarding Julia: We sincerely apologize for the confusion—this was a miscommunication during our initial response. Our team member intended to reference Dom and mistakenly typed another villager’s name. We’ve since addressed this internally to prevent future errors.

Compensation: As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a 10% discount on your next order. Just reply to this message, and we’ll share a code.

We understand trust has been shaken, and we’re committed to making this right. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with.

Warm regards,
Karl

Good, But Could Be Better

The cards are pretty good, they arrived nice and fast and work well. My main issue with them is that the
Link designs don't differentiate between games very well. Drawing them all in the same clothes with pretty much the same poses and weapons makes it harder to determine which is which.

They work great!

They work great! Just as advertised. I mostly got them because I wanted a full 20 heart Wolf Link, which there is a card for and many more goodies! Getting the ancient divine armor is cool too. Plus Epona the horse! I plan to get the Tears of the Kingdom cards soon as well (when I start playing that one).

A trustworthy choice that delivers what it promises

The product is exactly as described (and soooo cute!). Communication about order status, shipping, etc was good. I had some concerns about ordering from an unknown vendor (unknown to me), but I desperately didn’t want to order from Amazon. I’m glad I took the leap!
