Fantastic service and fast shipping

Fantastic service. I recently ordered personalized materials for the celebration of life of my father-in-law. The package included 3 large-size posters, programs, bookmarks, and a guestbook. The designers assistance is priceless. There was a glitch when I submitted the order, and the expedited arrival that showed was later than my deadline. I phoned Zazzle, and the reps contacted production to ensure they met my deadline. Everything arrived a few hours before expected, and all the materials were beautiful, with perfect colors. Everything was perfect. I will use Zazzle again. Competitive prices, too.

True customer service and helped create my perfect clock.

The website would not let me make a few detailed changes that were important to me to make the statement that I was trying to make. So I called and Andrea helped me, all I can say is WOW true customer service for a change. Her patience for a technology challenged older man for one. She was able to make the slight changes I wanted and it was exactly what I was looking for. Now the statement I was trying to make is absolutory spot on, thank you Andrea.

Ryan at Zazzle was incredible! SO HELPFUL!

I couldn't thank Ryan @ Zazzle enough for the help and support designing a bridal shower invite. From fixing the text, spacing, and giving design advice - top notch 10/10 service. I would prefer sticking with zazzle over any other service any day because of the stellar service I got from Ryan!

Zazzles customer service is great! Not only are their products beautiful, but you can tell they truly care about their customers. Goods and Refund never received!

placed an order, and the order was shipped from the US sat in a warehouse for three weeks and then returned to the US!! numerous emails - item never received and no refund given. first and last time -I'll use this company.

An un-American Company

I am a Firefighter with South Brooks Vol. Firefighter Department. We are a small Department and as such, we are permitted, within certain permaters, to order our own ID'S. In 2022, I ordered a Department ID through Zazzle. At tge time, this private company, as absurd as it was, demanded that I provide evidence that I had authority to order the ID. I sent evidence and the order was processed. Yesterday, 20 June 2025, I needed a replacement ID. Despite having evidence that I am a Firefighter and First Responder, they rejected the order, again demanding I show proof of my authority. Once again, I provided, letterhead written by our Chief to AT& T Firstnet, allowing special access to disaster communications. I provided my medical credentials from the American Heart Association. I sent photos of myself in uniform and anything else I could think of. I even sent a follow up email from my Department email (we had to set that up ourselves). Again, they rejected the order. I couldn't for the life of ne figure out why. After some research, I learned that this company is listed out of California. I learned that they are anti-Dirst Responder. I learned that they associate all First Responders with ICE, CBP and other Law Enforcement entities. Yet, they are the first to call 911 when their houses burn or they get in a car accident. Overall, the sentiment is anti-american. Moreover, I learned from various complaints that their designers are outsourced to India and other non-american entities. I found that they often exploit and fail to pay for the work performed by these contractors. I risk my life every day for complete strangers. I served my country in the Army and as a Public Defender investigator. This behavior is deplorable by this company and it is my belief that the public should avoid doing any business with them. "Go woke, go broke".

Zazzle.com made a tough time a little…

Zazzle.com made a tough time a little easier. The site was super easy to use, and they had a great selection of beautiful, affordable options for what I needed. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. On top of that, their customer service was outstanding — friendly, helpful, and quick to step in when I needed support. I highly recommend Zazzle for both the quality of their products and the care they put into their service.

BEST EFFORT!

2 srew-ups in 3 days.
First the sympathy card I made came folded crooked, then the mug I designed never showed up at all!!!
Thank goodness for Amy [and the customer rep that handed me off to her]...and all the outstanding representatives in Ireland!
Amy did all she could. She couldn't get the mug here on time for the event, and the supervisor that helped with the card, Niamh couldn't get it on time for the occasion either, but they were both understanding and professional.
Not a perfect ending but a caring one, so both woman deserve 5 Stars.
PS: Amy issued a credit for both the card & the mug. We'll done Ladies and thank you.
