Please don't go to any Zak Dental locations, they are taught to upsell customers costly treatments they don't need. If you should go here, take what they say and then get a second opinion before committing to any work. They told me I needed a couple of crowns and had a few cavities, however when I checked with another dentist he told me that wasn't even the case. Sad they're ripping people off.

🚨 Beware – Zak Dentistry on Telegraph Road 🚨

I went to Zak Dentistry for a simple, insurance-covered cleaning and left feeling overwhelmed by high-pressure sales tactics. They pushed me through 3D scans, insisted I needed tooth extraction right then and there and implants costing many many thousands, and refused to do a basic cleaning without adding expensive services. They even set follow-up appointments I never agreed or made and called me multiple times to come back.

You don’t talk with a dentist but they sit you in a chair with a computer screen in front of you with a dentist AND a high pressure sales person on the screen.

I walked out the first time and then they called me back months later and said they would do the cleaning. Made appointment and again same thing … wouldnt do cleaning and kept high pressure sales pitch. I walked out… MY CONCERN IS SOME PEOPLE WOULD BUY INTO THIS SPENDING THOUSANDS THEY DON’T HAVE.

Oh, then couple of weeks ago got another call from them that i could get the cleaning if i signed some release papers… SURE… didn’t buy into this again.

If you or someone you know goes here, be prepared. This place runs on aggressive sales, not patient care. Stay alert, especially if you feel vulnerable to pressure.
