Although there are some decent channels and videos on here and there. The website is plagued by spies / peeping toms. Cyber stalkers and Identification thieves and fraudsters and some idiots on here trying to block me from my accounts on multiple occasions. The culprits have also censored me on the website multiple times and so i am unable to get my messages out to anyone regarding stalkers and harassers on here. My complaints where closed down at a fraud agency and numerous what i believe to be fake profiles are also across the entire website. People not identifying themselves using what seem to be aliases and fake IDs across the board. Also what seem to be bots in the comment sections and flooding and spamming the entire websites with the same nonsense lies and bullcrap and in breach of youtube's terms of service. No photographic identification / driving licence or passport or bank details. Where not to know who i am and still dont. No ID. No Joinder. No registration for a fraudulent account in other peoples names. No means of communication at all. Can not socialise with anyone on here and disabled the messaging system and attempting to monopolize my accounts with the rubbish Google account system. No moderators of any real worth. A load of Corona cowards and a tyrannical abuse of power coming from these scumbags. Problem still persisting for over 13 years and completely ignored. Now i can not even leave the house due to the same problem. Massive conspiracy and scandal coming from a bunch of worthless muppets/morons. Go away.

Long or short expensive Advert are a waste of Money. Wake up!

Many companies and advertisers seem to overlook how disruptive their ads can be. There's a common misconception that people enjoy watching advertisements, but in reality, they often find them intrusive—especially when they interrupt important or meaningful moments on platforms like YouTube.

It’s particularly frustrating when an ad abruptly plays during a prayer or bhajan. In such cases, the audience is not only disengaged but may also develop a negative perception of the brand behind the ad—regardless of how expensive or well-produced it is. This raises the question: is investing heavily in interruptive YouTube ads really the smartest strategy?

awful and it is getting political in the worst way possible

in the current state of the world i got many political ads from all sides of the political spectrum. but when i try to report the ad that is purely propaganda paid for by an actual organization i was able to have the like button on the ad, but not even a minute later talking about how beneficial immigation is it won't let me like it even though it was a youtube sponsored ad. paid for by youtube. the video i was trying to watch was literally a ghost stories video and i never watch an videos that are political on youtube. google needs to get this in order because it is beyond ridiculous.

YouTube has finally gotten so greedy they've lost me. Now, in addition to ads that continually interrupt videos, they want me to pay for premium so I can run videos in the background to listen to while I work in another app. The other apps win and YouTube is gone!

Fix your platform, YouTube

No, seriously. 2-3 adverts every time you watch a 1 minute video, totalitarian censorship, only supports the far-left and fascism, this HAS to STOP.

We can’t even speak freely in the comment Section. They obviously mismanage the heck out of this platform and centralized it to only make money, rather than actually provide people with a platform or allow them to say something that’s on their mind. Haven’t had the app since 2020 and Will continue to not have it.😇

YouTube is funny!

YouTube is funny!

In their policy, they state that "they give everyone a voice, and openness and free expression are at the heart of it," while at the same time they've created strict rules (with no particular reason), resulting in users' videos being blocked or even their channels being deleted! They do the same with comments when we don't use "nice" words! — They're now telling us how we will speak!

Is this freedom?!

I recently uploaded a music video I made using various clips I downloaded from the site itself, and many of them were marked as copyrighted, which resulted in my entire video being blocked!
If some of the clips I used were protected by copyright, why weren't they blocked from the user I downloaded them from? Why are they even on YouTube?
And after that, I saw that the rest of my channel's videos were made Private and I can't set them to Public!

With so many restrictions and controls, YouTube can't be considered a democratic platform—it's fascist!
Only fascists and dictators impose rules and regulations when they're not necessary, just to have the control they want!

Welcome to corporate youtube where the…

Welcome to corporate youtube where the only thing that matters is how much money you can make them, if your a piece of shit, ai, or 1 of the millions of people that like to scam, this is the place for you, with no proper regulations for the decent people that actually use their platform, it's a perfect cesspool for all the loophole scammers can go. If you want to steal someone else's music it is also the perfect spot with several artists having g their work stolen regularly, and than having to take down their work cause the channel that stole the content than did a copyright complaint which is also one of youtubes FINEST feature with its lack of customer service, with its enraging responses all around, if you want a successful career as a streamer on youtube? All you have to do is be an arsshole. Date of experience says July 4th but let's face it this has been a problem for over a decade now

YouTube should be closed down!

I got the bullet from YouTube on the 20th May and they terminated my account by means of they say, suspension. It has now been over 6 weeks and customer support say that they are still investigating my case although they say my account was not hacked, even though I said my account may have been.
I never found out why my account was terminated and since I have been a long term member since the early days of its foundation, I find their treatment confusing and bizarre to say the least. I pointed out to the support team that I was being trolled by kiddies who would respond to my posts on other creators videos, with a Telegram link by impersonating a TV star when in effect they are an imposter. Rather than flag up my report of these kiddie posts, YouTube took it upon themselves to flag me up and ban me instead!
I have decided to sell my shares in YouTube because of their unprofessionalism and amateur treatment of me. As a consequence of how I was dealt with; I can only add that to this moment in time, YouTube have fake accounts still in existence on their platform and with no intentions at all of removing them despite constant reminders to. I will say only that they rely entirely on their AI poorly written algorithm program that flags up genuine users and not the fake ones!
I'm sure many other shareholders will too sell their shares of YouTube.
