This company Xara is a complete scam. Save your money and find legit companies. I fell for this one they took 70$, the product never came so I contacted their “support”. No answer, no product and obviously stole 70 dollars from me. Companies like this should be obliterated.

Purchase from Xarashilajit on May 19th with no indication or communication that they have or will ship the product. IA responses promisingly someone will respond in 24 hrs with no response.... theives!

I ordered the Shilajit gummies,but I almost canceled because I waited about a month for them to get here but I said to myself I'll give them another week and lo and behold I got an email saying that they were on their way and they would be here in a couple of days. I got a great discount if I bought two I got two free so I did that but after I received them I was very skeptical about taking them because of the reviews and the fact that I thought they may have been coming from China but I was totally wrong after doing some research with my girlfriend that they actually come from Pakistan Himalayan mountains. We both bit the bullet and decided to take them together so that if we died from it we would die together. So we both decided to take just a half of one meaning we split one in half and we both had a half and my girlfriend noticed within 10 minutes that her energy level spiked and she is very sensitive to a lot of things and I was really impressed when I saw this and how happy she was from the feeling of these Shilajit gummies. I actually felt very energized as well. The instructions say to take the gummies on an empty stomach but we took the gummies with white wine. Lol. Needless to say these gummies are amazing and they have a flavor of medieval times it's almost like as if you are stepping back in time into the prehistoric dinosaur age. That's what the flavor kind of mimics and it is very amazingly authentic. Like I said I was very skeptical but I definitely would purchase these gummies again hands down! I don't know why this product isn't getting great reviews because it is a great product. I can tell that this product is well formulated from minerals high in the Himalayan mountains

Waited a month and a half for this junk then they claimed to deliver it to my front door but my cameras that I have all around the house have recorded no delivery in the past week now I'm just trying to get my money back but I also want to shut this scam site down don't buy from Xara you're just giving away money.

Never opened the product. Their generated email indicated that since my product is unused and unopened I can get a refund. I’ve sent over 30 emails to get the same dumb automated responses. Such a scam and terrible service.

Ordered BOGO (x2) for a Total of 4 items [Pure Himalayan Shilajit], took forever for the tracking number to be shared and for the parcel to be delivered (approximately a month). Worst part is I ONLY Received HALF MY PURCHASED ORDER! It's been over a month since my complaint, and no Resolution; takes weeks for a reply to which they simply ask for what has already been shared!

It's appears is an elaborate scam.
Big red flags for all potential buyers if you saw the ads on Facebook or planing to buy their product, you will receive nothing but losing money, Xara scam business practices.

I think this a fake app they out here taking people money. I purchased these gummies in the month of March it is now May and I still haven't received anything yet not my package or my money back I have emailed these people several times and no one has responded back at all this doesn't make any sense to me I just want my money back and I can't even get a refund nor a response.

This company started off by adding a supplement to my order that I did not want. I wanted to try one, which I ordered, and that night I got a text from them that they had upgraded my order to two. (W/O my permission) It got worse from there.
Weeks later I started getting updates that the package was enroute with a postal tracking number. That stopped. Then I started getting notifications that it was in Shinzhen, China, waiting to be shipped.
After multiple attempts and 6 weeks of no product and trying to figure out what was going on, I was able to cancel thru my bank and get a refund.
Their refund policy is impossible once you receive the product because you have to take a picture every day of you using it with a daily paper or some proof every single day for 30 days THEN. You must pay for shipping. Stay away from this Chinese Scam.

Would put -5* if one to choose.
17 days order not processed 60 plus email not one real reply til 2 days ago. Said that I had a box number. Fufillment couldn’t ship
I had physical and box number. Still nothing. Just checked my order status on website “”” no order found “” fervour sh!t together. But sure took payment fast. Not impressed.

UPDATE 41days still not here. Maybe here in 4-6 more. Wt!

Well, I wanted to believe the hype around Xara’s Shilajit resin, but what I received was a weak, watery version of what I’d call the “real thing.” I’ve tried several Shilajit products before, and this one just doesn’t stack up it feels diluted or mixed with something else. Not exactly what I was hoping for when I paid a premium price. Definitely won’t be using it, and certainly won’t be ordering again.
As for the Five-in-One Gummies… still waiting. It’s been over a month now, and all I’ve gotten from customer service is the classic “It’s in transit” line. No apology, no solution, just a tracking number that goes nowhere fast. I even asked for a refund, but apparently, that was too much to ask.
Overall, it’s been an enlightening experience just not in the way I hoped. Product quality: questionable. Customer service: non existent. Would I recommend? Only if you like surprises and enjoy chasing down your own orders.
