Responsive and Knowledgeable

I had an old library cart that needed new casters, but didn't have the information needed to confirm the correct replacement. I sent a query with pictures and got a quick and helpful response from Aidan. The casters arrived as promised and were exactly what I needed. My cart is now happily rolling along.

No quote for purchases under $2,000

I didn't like that no quote was available for purchases under $2,000. I was purchasing 6 barstools and decided to also add a 4-drawer filing cabinet, which put my total amount just over $2,000, so I asked for a quote. Absolutely no price reduction was offered, so I removed the filing cabinet and just bought the barstools, so a potential sale was missed. We're a small parochial school and every penny counts as we are searching for pricing.

A little goes a long way....Its all WORTH it. (No pun intended)

Alisa has gone above and beyond for our needs. She was patient, attentive and listened to exactly what we needed to get set-up for our school year. Not only did I have tons of questions that she answered with patience, she also made recommendations for best practices. All of our items arrived in perfect condition, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience.

Amazing Service Over Several Years

Exceptional Customer Service

I've had two back to back wonderful experiences with your team members. The first was when I submitted my original order and thankfullly had included "3rd grade" in my PO#. Your team member noticed I had ordered 18" chairs, but knew that 16" were the standard size height for 3rd graders, so she reached out to me and confirmed my chair height. She saved me, I needed the 16" not the 18"! (That was Sharon Jefferson). We then received our order and one of our desks arrived damaged. I reached back out to Sharon and she quickly put me in touch with customer service to file my claim. Jumie Olaibi quickly worked me into the claim process, got what she needed from us, and has a replacement desk on it's way. These two team members are wonderful!

They went out of the way to help

They went out of the way to help get a replacement part to a chair after it was damaged during a vandalism event. They even contacted the manufacturer on our behalf. Customer service was responsive and friendly. Very impressed!

One of our seats ripped at the seam

One of our seats ripped at the seam. It's been used a lot and we've had it 4 years and I didn't even think about the fact it could be covered under warranty. I reached out to Worthington Direct and received a reply in minutes. In a day the replacement chair is on it's way. Easiest customer experience ever!
