After accepting my order 4 days ago, they have decided that now they have run out of stock, wasting 4 days. Completely unreliable

These candles use to be really good but my latest purchase was a huge disappointment the candles have been taken over by Yankee candle company and they appear to be a poor copy of the original product, candles don't crackle and there is not much scent.
So now I'm searching for an alternative product.

My Daughter bought me one of your candles. Every time I light it it smokes profusely and sets my smoke alarm off!! I have trimmed the wick and it is not in a draught. We had visitors the other day and when they arrived my lounge was full of smoke which I understand could be dangerous to your health. These are not cheap candles so I would suggest do not waste your money as mine is going in the bin.

2 wick cracking candle hardly crackles & hardly burns constantly going out very disappointed with product

I’ve had numerous woodwick candles. Treated myself to 2 large candles for Christmas and I can’t describe how disappointed I was. Yes, they crackle but there is no scent at all. None. Not even when I put my nose right over it. Whatever you’ve changed, go back to how they were. Definitely not worth the money

I spent around one week to order your candles and I see that you absolutely not interested in it. I contacted you via Facebook and chat and emails many times. First you said that if I order in US I need to use US cards, I tried to use my US cards but it was not goes through, always it shows that there some mistake, I used 5 different cards of me and my husband, I used different browsers, iPhone and MacBook, also tried to pay with PayPal, even my friend tried to order from her computer with PayPal and credit cards and nothing works and you not helped you absolutely doesn’t matter about your clients.

I was a happy custommer for a few years already with candles from Woodwich all around the house.
I must say DON'T BUY THEM , the newest pakkaging, they are a total ripoff. They go out every 20 min and I need to pour the melted wax in the garbadge bin in order to keep it lit.
Also doesn't smell like it did before and about craks forget it.
They changed the producent or smth, I don't know what they did,but is rip woodwick.
I bought it from a legit store,the one I always used before, not online.

Used many of their candles, usually no problems. However most recent oval shaped one exploded, glass and wax all over a leather topped table!
