GREAT CHOICES

The Karma and Luck ornament that I bought from Wolf & Badger is truly original. Even the packaging was quite special. The item is beautifully designed. Vivid colours all over. We got it as part of the decorations that will go on our dinner table this Christmas. The theme will be WONDERLAND. Purchased on 29 June / dispatched with tracking from the USA on 1 July / delivered by UPS to our address in the United Kingdom on 4 July. Delighted to have found Wolf & Badger. The choices are wide-ranging.

Wrong item and UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE customer service

Unbelievably appalling customer service. I’m so upset and disappointed. I was sent the wrong item that I’d ordered for a special occasion. I was promised an urgent response after my initial contact but I got absolutely ZERO response back to any of my subsequent urgent 3 emails. I’m absolutely incredulous that you have utterly ignored my communications
