This company's leadership has an unethical style of management, and I just can't bear enough of this terrible leadership. The managers are too focused on numbers that they basically abuse us employees to push us into performing better. But that doesn't happen. What happens is that the employees only get demotivated and more exhausted due to the verbal and emotional abuse
