WELLBOTS HAS THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE AND DELIVERY SYSTEM IN BUSINESS. YOU BUY MERCHANDISE IN THIS STORE AND YOU NEVER GET THE MERCHANDISE YOU BUY. YOU CALL OR WRITTE THEM AND NEVER HAVE A CLEAR RESPONSE NOR THEY SOLVE THE PROBLEMS YOU TELL THEM ABOUT YOUR ORDER.

I PAID FOR MERCHANDISE THAT I DON’T KNOW WHERE IT IS BECAUSE WELLBOTS DON’T GUIVE YOU INFORMATION ABOUT IT. AFTER WEEKS OR MONTH THEY KEEP YOU ON A LIMBO.

BUYING AT WELLBOTS IS A REAL NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY AGAIN AT THIS STORE,

PHENOMENAL experience. I found a gem

PHENOMENAL experience. Wellbots had the best price, the right product for my need. I was actually not 100% sure which robot vacuum would be perfect for what I need so I called them, someone really nice and helpful picked up, answered all my questions. The advice was great, they did not advise me to buy the most expensive one but the most relevant one. They are doing things RIGHT. I will definitely order again soon. highly recommend! I found a gem of a website.

Great experience with Wellbots

I needed to replace an expensive part for the filtration system on my pool. I called Wellbots, and spoke with Peter on the phone, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and he even honored an online coupon that I spoke with him about. While I was placing the order, I asked to receive the item as quickly as possible, and he stated that he would try and get it processed quickly. My order arrived even sooner than expected, and I couldn't be happier. Peter did a GREAT job, and I will recommend Wellbots to others.

Not happy with Wellbots

Not happy with Wellbots. My Anker F3800 power station came damaged. I called them as soon as opened the box ,1 hour after receiving it. Wellbots said we will take $50 off. The unit cost $2800. Or I can return it.
The reviews about returning things to Wellbots doesn't sound good. So I'm stuck with it. And you can keep my 2% money back and the $50. I will not be shopping here again. I'm better off shopping at Home Depot or Lowes.

Sent order to someone else, haven't replaced it

Somehow they sent my order to another person in another state. They admit it was their mistake and keep saying that they will send a replacement, but it has been a month now and I still don't have it. I email them every week and half of the time they first send back my proof of delivery - to the other address. The entire 20 message history is in the email, but they apparently don't bother to read it. I'm just glad this was a small order. I had a very large order last fall and that was fine (thankfully), but after this I don't think I can order from them again.

My first go to electronics store on the web

I have made several rather large purchases from Wellbots. I have greatly appreciated the wide variety of tech items to choose from. They carry high quality products that appeal to those who wish to be prepared for emergencies as well as outdoor recreational electric transportation and even music making equipment.

The customer service is TOP NOTCH in a day when so many other companies have completely abandoned all aspects of customer service while pretending they actually care. Wellbots puts their money where their mouth is. I have had questions and concerns about my orders and they have immediately addressed them with superior outcome. I could not have asked for anything more from them.

To top it off, their prices for this level of quality products and variety is, quite frankly, astounding. I dont frequently write reviews because I am not easily impressed to do so. I hope to remain a customer of Wellbots for years to come.

Thank you for you extraordinary overall service.

Bad support on a bad Power Roam battery backup

Wellbots sold me a Ugreen Power Roam battery backup which has been problematic from the start. Even now at only 6 months old it’s difficult to keep it powered on as it shuts down unpredictably. Wellbots tells me to contact Ugreen for support. Multiple contacts with Ugreen and they cant do anything about the random shutdowns and basically want me to just power it back on when it turns itself off. Wellbots refuses to stand behind the product because it’s been more than 30 days. A $400 battery shouldn’t be failing in the first year. If I had insisted on a refund immediately rather than following their instructions to work with the manufacturer at least I would be able to get a refund. Poor customer service from Wellbots on a bad product from Ugreen.

Wellbots bad faith

In August of 2023, I was charged almost $2,200 by Wellbots for a EcoFlow Delta 2 battery and 320 w solar panels. I tried to cancel the order the next day, but Wellbots said no, the battery had already shipped. When I tried to return the battery, I found the shipping cost (from Hawaii) would be more than the battery was worth. I never received any solar panels.
After six months of many polite but increasingly frustrating email exchanges, Wellbots finally offered in February 2024 in writing to refund the total minus $425 for the battery (a refund of $1,762.99) and I agreed. Wellbots Customer Support expressed surprise when I indicated I had not received the promised refund several weeks later.
Despite our written agreement and my many inquiries, Wellbots 16 months later still has not refunded anything as promised. Wellbots has never explained why they weren't making the promised refund.
Finally, contrary to our many exchanges over many months, a Wellbots Customer Support manager told me they could not refund because they only make refunds within 30 days of order.
Wellbots has operated in bad faith by agreeing in writing to make a refund but never refunding.

Not shipped as Promised

I ordered some security cameras and selected next day air at an additional cost because I needed the items by midweek. Received no notification regarding shipping on Monday, by midday Tuesday still nothing so I called customer service. They said it hasn’t shipped and may be out of stock. When I ordered the arrival date was Wednesday but Thursday would’ve worked too. Here it is Wednesday and still nothing, no notification about shipping. Never again, next time I’ll just stick with Amazon

The price was best for a commodity item like this. Purchase, delivery and billing all painless. Not sure how to make it better. The Ecoflo Delta Pro Ultra and Panel work great, love it (name could be better).

Tremendous help with buying a solar generator

I purchased an Ecoflow Delta Pro solar generator today from Wellbots. I had been looking at different sites to purchase from. Wellbots has great prices, plus there was a Memorial Day sale, too. Bob helped me for 1 1/2 hours today. There's a bit of a steep curve in learning about the field of generators. It took me a while to be able to figure out the questions I even needed to ask prior to considering a purchase. But, I still had many questions, some of which I'm sure weren't too intelligent. Bob was beyond patient with me, took the time to understand what my needs were, and was able to guide me to a choice. Once I was able to narrow down the choices, Bob discussed the significant differences between my last 2 ideas. He went over some minute differences to see if I really needed a more expensive model. I just can't express the incredible service that I received. I can't imagine going into a Best Buy and getting that level of knowledge, experience and time. Because I did go to a Best Buy, and it was worthless. Bob was just an incredibly personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable person. Plus, he was from Paris, which sprinkled the conversation with interesting bits. Wellbots will be the only place I will go to for buying these types of products. Don't waste your time on Amazon either, their prices aren't any better, you get no help, and we all know it can be a nightmare for returns. One other nice feature is that they have a 2% cash back program that is good for 6 months to apply on anything. I will probably buy an extra battery and solar panel in those next 6 months and use the coupon.

Keyboard magically not in stock.

I ordered a keyboard that was listed as “in stock”.

No correspondence for 4 days until I reached out. I was told it hadn’t shipped yet and to wait.

2 days later I get notified that the product I ordered was in fact NOT in stock and I had to wait at least 2 more weeks.

You need to be more forthright with your customers, I spent over $100.

I’ll go directly to the source next time.
