Slow to start as council and red tape…

Slow to start as council and red tape ,but once that was put to bed ,wheels started turning and Mark conducted survey and then it was down to Ben and Jason, collectively they done a cracking job, first class com,s from WCI and great team on the ground, Would highly recommend
