I had a situation with the parking lot…

I had a situation with the parking lot that did not wanted to accept my reservation because they wanted to increase the price and acceot cash only i am a foreigner and was on travel.I called the helpdesk from WAY and The service provided by the call center was outstanding, way.com took care of everything for me, explored options, kept me informed and finally processed my refund. Would use this app and service again just because of their service and support when things don't go right.

The reason I booked through this was it was available 24/7. When I got there, no one there. I called the 800 number no one answered. I left a message and no one called me back! It was 4 am! I had to go across the street. It was twice the price. I didn't have time to shop around. Don't you think you should pay the difference

QR code won’t works & refund money from way app

We used this way app and I booked parking lot few days ago for July 4th .
We used way app map to direction to parking lot . When I got there and I did scan QR code it says ticket are not available and I tried few more times it still won’t work. So we did try to talk to assistant at parking lot they said just take Parkin tickets to get in and I have to contact to way app company what’s going on with QR code won’t work. So we did it . And then we contacted to way app assistant they told me to take picture of screen says error… we did explain that we have to get our parking lot and pay way out and the come back to parking lot amd do screen shot shows error to prove you guys … however we are already parked in parking lot and we can’t stay here while they are trying to solve issues and also we can’t block other vehicles at enter gate in the middle of city where is all traffic going on . We were still in parking lot and on the phone call for almost an hour on July 4th! And with 2 kids … we were very upset about this situation. If they could just refund money soon as sooner as we asked . We had to send pictures to them to prove … it was very stressful situation for me…we booked this parking lot for July 4th events! We didn’t wanted stay in parking lot and call to assistance for an hour having 2 kids around …
After long conversation im glad that I get money back and they did proceed refund money back within 7-10 business days … I hope did won’t happens again! Also assistance I couldnt understand what they are saying …

I cannot recommend this company at all

I cannot recommend this company at all! I had a terrible experience. I booked and paid in full, but when I arrived to pick up my car, there was an issue because the payment had not been received. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company! Thankfully, the hotel stepped in and covered the costs to have my car released. I urge you to stay away from this service, read the fine print carefully, and always call the lot directly to confirm they accept third-party reservations.

Overcharged by Way.com. In-person price cheaper.

I pre-paid $27 for a parking garage spot in NYC, with a promise that it was saving me $5, only to find that the early bird special was $16.99 for the day if you enter before 10 AM, which I did. Basically, Way.com overcharged me $10. Beware of the “discount” not being accurate if you are parking in the early morning. Total waste of money. And they would not issue a refund.

Reservation not honored

I showed up at parking spot and they said they dont have any spot available even though i had confirmed and fully paid parking reservation. !!!

I ended up parking elsewhere but way.com is not even willing to reimburse me for the price i paid due to there fault.

Super Refi Experience!

Hi! I was looking to refinance my car, doing research through other places, including Way.com to get lower interest rate and payments. Jonathan, who I worked with at Way.com, had found exactly what I was looking, they had the best deal. The process to a little longer than it should due to no fault on them or me, I found out about identity theft, someone using my name, so once I cleared up my name and theft, the process was very smooth from start to finish. If it wasn't for Way.com, in particular Jonathan help and guidance, I wouldn't have known about it. I highly recommend Way.com to do a refi, in particular, I'd ask for Jonathan, he's a great guy and I just want to say "THANK YOU" for your effort and help thru this refinancing. Scott went above and beyond to assist…

Scott went above and beyond to assist me with my parking issues. We had to change dates and the lot we chose for parking doesn't allow that so I had to cancel my reservation and rebook. When I could not figure out how to use my wallet Scott actually called me to help! No run around, no excuses, just excellent customer service!!

After taking all my information

After taking all my information. I clearly told them that I have a low age of credit as I'm new. They insisted and started showing lower financing rates. I was already avoiding hard inquiry. Yet after multiple confirmations that your profile looks amazing. They did a hard hit and after 2 days said that your credit is just 1 year so come back after 6 months.
Why would you lower my score with a hard hit if you already know this.
