Customer Support - everything fine
I damaged my Wahoo Element Bolt. Altough warrenty expired it was replaced with a new one. The online-support always answered in a timely manner. Everything very customer-friendly. Thanks

Very poor customer service
Well, wahoo offered me a 40% discount code for a new roam because my old roam was broken. But when I tried to buy the new roam the code just don’t work and wahoo told me the code was just for the older version, not the new one. Thanks wahoo for nothing!

Bought a Bike Shift
Bought a Bike Shift. Unit arrived but would not power up. Back and forth with customer support (each interaction would take 2 days to wait for a response) and not solution. Request to take unit back, more days to wait for packing label, wrong packing label is sent, delivery arrives at my home for wrong parcels, still waiting for response. Dead unit with no explanation and poor customer service in terms of speed and accuracy.

Lousy Customer Service & Potentially Misleading Reviews
I placed an order. For some reason two mats were added to my cart. I updated the cart, but it did not work. After I'd paid, I saw that the two mats were still on my order. I contacted Wahoo quickly. A representative got back to me after "it was too late to cancel the order". But, same representative informed me it would be no problem for me to return the second mat. Later, I came to find out that I was responsible for return shipping.
When I left a mediocre review for a trainer because it turned out that something I feel is key functionality was missing, the review never posted. Further, when I tried to leave a negative review of the mat I kept, I could not. (It smells like a tire even a month later.) Their review-minder (a company called Yotpo) gave me an error every time I tried to rate it (which, it seems can only be done by invite through an email that opens a browser window.)
Not only am I extremely unlikely to buy anything from this lousy company again (the only company to charge me a tariff surcharge to date), but I must wonder what average review numbers for their products really look like!

An utterly appalling company…
An utterly appalling company. For context I have recently purchased a Wahoo Ace.
I had previously a v1 Roam and a Wahoo Rival watch previously. Both have very recently died on me and now unusable.
Having recieved the Ace, it doesn’t fit on my wahoo specific mount because of the poor design of the Ace device. At this point I’m thinking £500 for something they have not considered basic design issues such as mount compatibility.
I reached out to customer services having told them my bike and handlebar setup and ‘Charles P’ from Wahoo recommended a mount made by a danish company. I stupidly spent an additional £59 to get this mount, only to find they recommended the wrong mount. There are seemingly no mounts that fit my Giant Propel aero bike.
I am truly shocked at how bad they are and I hope they go out of business.

Absolutely no customer service
Absolutely no customer service, if you need any help your on you're own.. I binned a HR monitor and now use Garmin superior in all ways. Probably the worse company service I have experienced. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star

Amazing support
Amazing support! Have had both a wahoo tickr and wahoo speed sensor replaced on warranty, without any big hassle. Absolute recommend. Love wahoo cycling products

I should have left this review sooner
I should have left this review sooner. A horrible, horrible company who have zero interest in after sale support. The last ticket I submitted they still haven't replied at all, even to tell me to suck it again. That was January of '25. They almost went out of business once and I hope they do. I regret every buying from them.

I ordered a wahoo Kickr core a week ago along with a water bottle. I have received the water bottle but not the bike trainer. The courier is saying they never received the bike trainer and wahoo are saying they sent it. I’m still waiting for a response and for my bike trainer.

Poor service & defective products
It is difficult to determine what is more problematic—Wahoo’s customer service or the reliability of their products. A cycling colleague purchased a Wahoo Kickr, which was diagnosed as faulty after just a few weeks of troubleshooting with Wahoo’s support team. While Wahoo eventually agreed to provide a replacement, the process was unnecessarily prolonged, requiring constant follow-ups from my colleague before the replacement unit was finally delivered.
Frustrated with the experience, he chose to abandon Wahoo altogether and offered me the replacement Kickr, which I accepted. However, after just a few weeks, this unit also proved to be defective. Upon engaging with Wahoo’s support team once again, I was informed that they would not provide a replacement because I was not the original owner—despite the fact that the original owner was actively involved in the email correspondence with Wahoo representatives, Matt and Ali. He provided all necessary documentation, including proof of ownership and proof of replacement.
Rather than honoring their warranty in a logical and efficient manner, Wahoo insisted that my colleague initiate an entirely new case from the beginning—repeating the same troubleshooting steps, retesting the product, and restating all previously documented issues. This bureaucratic redundancy serves no purpose other than to create unnecessary obstacles for customers seeking support for defective products.
This experience highlights significant inefficiencies in Wahoo’s business practices, a lack of common sense in their customer service approach, and an apparent unwillingness to take accountability for product failures. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Wahoo’s products or services. After speaking with other athletes in my training circles, it is clear that Wahoo’s reputation for unreliable products and frustrating support is well known—and now, I fully understand why.

Communiction is a nightmare
Kickr Core went wrong (a problem with the bearings). It happens and was under warranty. Wahoo arranged for a collection to be made and the collection was missed. There is no way to contact the delivery company to get an update, all communication has to go through Wahoo. Despite chasing, no update has been received. I now have a broken bike trainer, a big box blocking my hallway and no sign of a resolution in the near future.

Rubbish
Bought speed & cadence sensors after being told they would work on my indoor bike (no spokes so they suggested 3M double sided tape) but they just don't work. I suggested a refund for not posting, but they just thanked me for helping with their training!

Bicycle Computer Wahoo ELEMNT review from longterm Garmin user…
I recently upgraded to the Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt, had been a long-time Garmin user for road and MTB riding......and I can honestly say it has completely transformed my riding experience.
The setup process was incredibly easy – I had it synced with my bike and connected to my apps in minutes. The display is bright, clear, and easy to read, even in direct sunlight. Plus, the customisation options are fantastic. You can choose the data fields you want to track, and the touchscreen is intuitive to navigate while riding. Pairs seamlessly with my wahoo Rival smartwatch that I use as heart monitor.
I also love the integration with Strava and other fitness apps. It syncs effortlessly, which means I can track my progress without any hassle. The real-time data provided on speed, distance, heart rate, and power is spot-on, helping me optimise my rides.
Battery life is impressive! After several long rides, I’m still getting excellent performance without needing to recharge. The ELEMNT Bolt is compact, lightweight, and sturdy, making it a perfect fit for any bike setup.
Overall, the Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt is a top-tier bike computer that elevates the cycling experience. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a weekend warrior, this device is a must-have. Highly recommended!

Ordered a full zwift set up through Wahoo. One package turned up really quickly, however the bike frame turned up damaged and marked and now the KICKR core is lost in transit and Wahoo won’t help and DPD can’t find the item and will only investigate if Wahoo flag. Not great after spending £1250 including the delivery fee.
Really disappointing.

V. Quick Resolution To Problem
Ordered Kickr Bike, it had a problem once assembled, raised with Wahoo on Monday morning, resolution arranged by Tuesday afternoon. Replacement of bike hopefully soon. Would have been better if bike wasn't broken, but things happen in transit, and the response has been rapid. Chris D very helpful.
