Never buy anything from voro motors…
Never buy anything from voro motors they will make you spend all this money and make it seem like it's the best scooter out the but in reality, you're buying a piece of junk, they do not know anything about any of the scooters that they sell i'm trying to save you money and time. I've had my scooter for only a year. And this had multiple issues, and it's still down because they will not ship me the right part the battery and the controller both failed on me within a year. This is not something you want to deal with. I'm trying to save you money. They have all these one star. Reviews, this is not a store you want to buy from zen tried to tell me they will look into it and ive still gotten nothing what a piece of junk honestly please listen and spend your money somewhere else not with voro motors

Cracked frame on my Roadrunner Pro
I have a cracked frame on my Roadrunner Pro. and contacted Voromotors on the 4th of July. Ronnel Derla was available and helped me out very fast and competent. Very good customer service. Good job voromotors!!

I also had a problem with my emove cruiser and the handlebars being abit loose/wobbly but Ronnel Derla helped me tighten the screws and pointing out which one to fix the issue 5 stars on that Ronnel Derla very helpful thank you

Please do not purchase from this company if u see this message they lie about what they have in stock for more sales purpose disregarding their customers needs and inconveniences as well as lying about arrival time I’ve some how manage to lose more money by purchasing their roadrunner pro after they failed to deliver the tires and continued giving no genuine explanation or genuine information leaving me to rely on paying Ubers to work and others if your looking to buy any of their product for reliable transportation I urge you to go with their competitors as I’m sure they will do right as they are well aware how expensive their products are and how much money you put into them as well I haven’t been able to ride the roadrunner pro for close to 2 months now waiting for tires when it just started getting warm outside as well this experience has been very draining and stressful as well as a hit financially they did not offer any form of compensation no coupons or anything only until I asked out of frustation from all the money I’ve lost they gave me a $10 off coupon after spending close to 4000,recently after losing my car and thinking it would be a good idea to spend over 3000 dollars on e bike for transportation
