Can’t beat vivosun grow tents, complete kit is just that and almost every piece you could need connects to the app, shipping was fast, pricing was fair, 4x4 complete system has my plants looking great!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the customer service experience I’ve had with Vivosun. Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst I’ve encountered in recent memory.

Despite multiple attempts, I was never able to reach anyone by phone. The only support option available was the online ticket system, which is slow and unresponsive — responses were often delayed by several days, dragging out what should have been a simple resolution. It ultimately took four weeks to receive a refund for products that were never delivered (just under $300). Managing this during a vacation only added to the stress and inconvenience.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I began my experience with Vivosun as a loyal customer, investing thousands of dollars into a full grow setup — including a 4’ x 8’ tent, the VGrow Smart Grow Box, and virtually every accessory needed to run both environments. Unfortunately, while the marketing promises a “complete ecosystem,” the actual functionality has been inconsistent at best — which is unacceptable in a cultivation environment that demands precision and reliability.

This entire experience has severely damaged my trust in the Vivosun brand. I will not be making future purchases, and I will be sharing this experience with others in the community who are considering their options.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and results in improvements to both your support infrastructure and product consistency.

ALL the products I've ordered from Vivosun have have honestly surprised me. Even though I had to budget myself with the "Standard tent kit", it's performance has been nothing but ABOVE Standard. From the tent poles to the controller, the quality has exceeded all expectations and once a Vivosun product was in my possession, the first thing I noticed was these were made to last. Now that I'm close to the end of my first grow, it's obvious that I made the right choice and the only thing I worry about now is how to make a few more feet of space for a bigger tent! I'm not saying all this to convince or sell something to whoever is reading this. I just want to share my experience in case you're feeling indecisive or worried you're not going to get your $ worth. With my plant looking as green and healthy as it does... My recommendation is Vivosun ever time without question.

My experience with vivosun has been amazing. I own just about 90% of their products and will continue to buy more. Tents lights fans exhaust fans all great! Couple issues with FedEx but vivosun was very quick to respond and fix immediately. I've done reflective tests to map par with other tents and hands down vivo is the way to go!! #lovewhatyougrow. ---highbudz420/plantdaddy

It takes significantly longer for me to receive my items ordering from store site versus on amazon. However it would be nice to still gain your store points on your products purchased on amazon as well.
