As always...I just had a major issue…

As always...I just had a major issue with my computer. Sam, with Vision Computers, was quick to the rescue...and at 4:00PM the day before a major holiday weekend. He had me up and running in no time. As always...I could not ask for better computer support. They are THE best in the business.

Adam and Vision saved the day!!!

The day before a big holiday and Adam was there to help me!! I never would have figured out what the problem was but Adam found it and fixed it and then made sure I could work again while he stayed on the line! I am so happy that Vision is available - before I would have to call everyone I knew to try to figure out what was wrong!

Sometimes companies actually deliver…

Sometimes companies actually deliver more than you expected them to - and Vision Computer did exactly that for me. I got not just an excellent Computer but the Sales person Ruby was detailed in her explanations and the followup tech services to get me running smoothly have been exceptional. Can not say enough good things about this comapny

Adam discovered that I was manipulating a file improperly and therefore couldn't see it - voila - He found what I needed and I am good to go

Internet Speed Problem.

Called Vision Computers for an internet speed problem. They were able to quickly resolve the problem. Problem turned out to be that Verizon did not properly configure the new router extender that they had installed. I have always had good service when calling Vision Computers for technical assistance.

Superior experience with David today…

Superior experience with David today (and the Vision support people ) when those nasty undecipherable messages appear and stop you dead in your tracks!
I am just thrilled how well David remoted in and delved thru so many technical issues to solve a microsoft compatibility problem. It took him 20 minutes of searching and checking! I know I can feel so relieved when he says "everything is working fine now!" Thanks David!!!
