Poor Customer Service for their error
Placed an order for Father’s Day. Received the wrong color for my order. Tried reaching out for a replacement… at first someone did respond but stopped. Never returned any of my calls or emails. Hated to give the gifts because they were the wrong color but I didn’t have a choice. Very sad by the level of customer service provided. To not assist with an error you caused with someone that is trying to work it out with you is very unprofessional.

Smells nothing like what it claims to be.
The scent, Black Velvet, smells nothing like the scent used in The Edition hotels. I have been using Black Velvet from Hotel Collection which is double the price of Vineveda so thought I'd try to save some money since this company claims it's the same scent- not only is it not the same scent, but whatever scent it is is so faint I can stand in front of the diffuser and hardly smell it. So now I'm out $100 as the company won't accept a return because I opened it.Their response was that I should have bought a smaller bottle in case I didn't like it- so then I'd be out $40 instead of $100? Great policy.

This smells just as described. Im obsessed! The cold and hot throw are amazing. I use 7% in my candles and it smells up my entire home for days! After buying a 4 oz I went back and ordered the 32oz. My customers love it.
