i would say be careful when booking

i would say be careful when booking. the experience was very pleasant until drop off. the staff was on time for pick up made it to the dunes for the camel ride and quad bike. we had an entire group, some people booked together with the expectation to ride alone due to the price being the same per person regardless of 1 or 2 people upon arrival we were informed since we booked together we had to ride together which we were fine with. we then went to the quad bikes with a tour guide and was informed we could get on our own quad bikes we had a blast on the dunes our tour guide was really friendly and welcoming! it wasn’t until we arrived at our hotel we were informed we need to pay an additional $250 mad per solo driver. this caused an issue as we no longer had MAD only card, card was not an option to pay. this caused us to be worried about how we would resolve this. luckily a fellow member at the hotel arrived and offered to pay in MAD for us. not sure about this situation since only cash was accepted no receipt was provided as well as the transaction took place off the premises. i would still recommend just be mindful and book only solo drivers as well as clear communication from the employees

Our tour guides, Magan and Jason were WONDERFUL! I was a little nervous, and they responded to this in a way that made me feel better without being singled out. Thoroughly enjoyed the Three Sisters Spring swim, too.

Great service with Viator

I wasn't able to download the app so I called your customer service line to ensure the reservation had gone through and also to change the email address for the booking. Your staff member was very helpful, answered all my questions accurately and promptly, which is fantastic when you're on holiday in a different country.

No reverse reserve within 5 minutes

These guys have a 24h non refund policy, which is fair so you don't waste a spot for other users. Now, if you make a mistake as I did, and reserve for the next day within these 24h, even if I tried to cancel or at least move the reserve within 5 minutes time after reservation, they will still charge 100% and don't change it. I understand policies, and also common sense. They don't use the second one.
