It is an amazing ceramic grill/smoker. Very well built with good instructions and with guides for different techniques/temperature. Their customer service is the best my fire bowl was damaged in shipping and within minutes of calling them they were getting a new fire bowl shipped out. Customer support that goes above and beyond for you.
