Money wasn't taking off bill

I pay 10e off my bill in May. I got my statement my 10e wasn't taking of my total. 110e still on my bill should be 100e.
Am not paying them until they take off 10e I paye. Got a email from them which I couldn't view on my mobile phone .
Last time I rang up a person from Africa answer the phone I couldn't understand her I put the phone down.i make the rules not them.they have no email service.
Something came on screen when i was looking for email. Saying photo ID require. Am not giving my ID it private.
The next time they send me a bill am sending it back.so I gave Friday date as when I got my bill .May I paid 10e wasn't taking off .

I understand I live in jersey and it…
I understand I live in jersey and it takes longer to get here , but why is it held in the uk for an additional 14 days before delivery!
I do have it now but doesn’t make sense to take that long.

Was concerned about the estimated delivery date and the box for the item was slightly damaged most likely due to the means of delivery itself. But the item itself was fine and it was delivered first thing on the expected date so rather happy it arrived in time.

Please review your delivery companies
I'll be honest and say that Very weren't a problem to deal with but it was the delivery company ArrowXL who they use. I took a day off unpaid and was messaged at 5.15pm that my delivery wouldn't make it on that day, it arrived the next day after having to make more arrangements with work to accept the delivery.
Very did refund my delivery charge which I appreciate but they should review their delivery companies as it's not acceptable that people wait in all day and have to organise separate arrangements for a late delivery.
