They are selling bird feed without proper instructions which are really confusing. No response even after I have tried to contact them. How they are authorised/approved to sell bird feed?

Stop spray outdoor scam
Applied half a liter in the perfect conditions under a wall covering plate I don't want cats to go around. 20hours later with no rain, a cat was sleeping on the plate.

Be very carefull, what you buy might not be what you get...
I bought 2x2.5kg versele-laga complete ferret bags, the bags are fine, they have the right name and with ferret pictures, but what i got inside was RAT food......really not something you want to feed you ferrets with, just hope no first time buyers is using it for their ferrets.
Such a big mistake should have been recalled and information should have been sendt out to all buyers/companys whos gotten this failed batch, so they could inform their customers who bought this product.
