This was one of the best trips…
This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We have used five different travel agencies over the last five years: one that supported Africa only, one that supported Iceland only, one that only worked in Spain and Portugal, and one that was very similar to Vaya in that they have specialists in countries around the world. The biggest difference between that company and Vaya was that when we found ourselves in a jam, we were left to our own devices, whereas with Vaya, when we found ourselves in a jam, we had Andrè and our driver, Christian, in Paris to assist us, and then again our driver, Nicholas, in Nice who gave us his number and helped work us out of a jam a time or two. Everyone was FANTASTIC!! It really made us feel at ease and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation rather than worry about the next hiccup around the corner (but let's be honest, we only had a couple of hiccups). So brava!!! You all are a true team and we will be using your company again for our next adventure.
The excursions you booked for us reflected our wants and we felt listened to. They were inventive in that we haven't done them in the past. The guides you found were true experts. They were fun to spend the day with and provided us with so much wonderful information. Special shout out to Christine (Eiffel Tower) who also recommended Angelina's to us (yum!), Christian for trying to find a replacement activity for the catacombs, Eve for the sweets tour in Montemarte, Allison for the market tour in Paris, Charlie and Chris for the hike in Avignon, and Viktorija for the cooking class in Nice. They were all such a joy and we could tell they love what they do.
The accommodations were superb and provided easy access to nearby attractions. We will definitely be using Vaya again for our next adventure.

Vaya is the best! This is the 2nd trip we have taken through Vaya and both were planned superbly and executed down to every detail. Our first trip was to Peru and this last trip was to Croatia. The destination specialists in both cases listened to all our desires. It was easy to hammer out the exact vacation we wanted. The local staff on the ground were extremely responsive when we ran into any issues. The guides were all excellent. The portal and itinerary are very well layered out and organized well and user friendly. We were able to actually be on vacation feeling like we could enjoy our vacation because every detail was taken care of and if something went wrong, it was taken care of immediately. I just can’t say enough about Vaya! We would use them over and over again!

Our point of contact Heather Deakin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and assisted on some extra points which enhanced our trip. What I think may set Vaya apart from other travel companies is I had a family emergency that came up a few months before our departure and they assisted in rescheduling our complete trip the following year, taking one thing off my mind during a difficult period.

Our guide was GREAT
Our guide was GREAT . Well versed in all that is Perú . He was very proud of his Inca Heritage. Made it special to go to extra farmers market and places he thought we would enjoy. But always asked us first.
But, vaya and our guide should have known ahead of time that the hike we were to take had been closed for a month. This was also the day that he was not with us. That part was not good scheduling by vaya.

My trip to Galapagos.
My trip to Galapagos was beyond my imagination!! From beginning to end Natalie (Vaya) had addressed and attended to every detail to make my experience stellar and a once in a lifetime event. The guides and service staff aboard were so brilliant and delightful. This was an excursion one should not miss. I was solo and treated like a queen!
