They did a great job with our design
They did a great job with our design, and it was delivered on time according to schedule. There was a small glitch with customs and FedEx, we had to fill out and send a form, but it only caused a 1 day delay. My advice: since these items are being shipped from Hong Kong, leave extra time for any delay that may happen with customs. The 3 customer service agents I worked with were all very helpful and timely with replies, either by phone or email. Will definitely use again!

Many thanks for bringing this to our attention. We pride ourselves on customer service and delivering a great product so it is important to receive feedback so we can look into processes and make improvements where necessary.
We have been using FedEx for around 10 years now and very rarely we see any damaged packages
We will look into the packaging used for this shipment and ensure our supplier uses more sturdy boxes and plastic wrap for future orders to ensure this does not happen again.
I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and I do hope this does not effect any future orders you would want to place to with us.
Please let me know if any drives are missing or damaged and I will have them replaced right away.

I worked with Shelley in the States, and eventually Rosie in the UK. Both were excellent customer service people. Shelley stayed late one night to accommodate a late submission because she remembered my deadline, but also the importance of including all files on the drive.
One thing: tell your sales representative if you want to waive the signature at delivery. I didn't realize I should have done this, and it delayed delivery for a day.
