This place keeps sending me pre…
This place keeps sending me pre qualified loan offers in the mail. 3x in the last few years. Each time I’ve applied I get denied. Get your act together if someone isn’t going to be approved then don’t send out prequalified offers. Pre screening process is garbage don’t fall for it and waste your time. If there is a hard inquiry on my credit report I’m going to sue them for FCRA violation. Btw the vast majority of 5 star reviews here are fraudulent.

Smooth
I found the application process smooth and straightforward with one exception. When I had to authorize and login to verify my bank account, it didn't have the fingerprint log on option and I had to spend a lot of time resetting a password and remembering it and writing it down to be able to even log in to get past that step. Other than that it was very smooth.
