My appointment was amazing. Everything was very smooth and easy. It did take about two weeks to receive our items. I had to call in to confirm that I would be still getting the items in our package. The customer service rep was awesome and said he didn’t know why it was never shipped but got it out within the next day or two. Customer service and the dr. We’re very great.

United Support Animals was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and resourceful. I had no clue at all on what to do. They guided me and made me feel worry free. I'm a first time fur parent. I was lost and not knowing which direction I should be going. United Support Animals helped me from the first step till the final step.. The price was/is so reasonable. I had THE GREATEST DOCTOR EVER. He, DR. JOHN, left an impact on me till this day. I also like to say Thank You so very much to MR. STEVE for all your help from the bottom of my heart. People like Dr. John and Mr. Steve would make this world a better place to live. But I would like to thank all the staff from UNITED SUPPORT ANIMALS for all you all do and I'll most certainly REFER people to UNITED SUPPORT ANIMALS. My dog was certified as an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) by your medical staff after I suffered some illness and emotional trauma here late in my life ( I am 78 years old).
