High quality and great customer service
I initially made a purchase, waited on tracking info; when it was time for my flag to show up it said it had been delivered by the USPS. Unfortunately the flag was not delivered, idk where it was or went to but I reached out to customer service showed them screenshots of the delivery, also screenshots of our cameras showing it was never delivered, they were very abrupt about getting me another flag (5x9 super tough highspun polyester) it was delivered UPS 3 days later.
The quality is absolutely 💯 def recommend this store for quality and customer service!!!

I purchased 2 porch type flagpoles Item…
I purchased 2 porch type flagpoles Item number 60731. A standard flag is typically 3' X 5'. However, the clips in these poles are only spaced at approximately 30" apart. This is very odd and unacceptable. They can be used but I have to modify them. I did write to customer service but have not heard back yet and unfortunately based on other comment reply it seems I will probably get an answer saying they are sorry with no further information. Very disappointed in Valley Forge as they state they are the greatest name in flags. Not really

I find peace in visisitn the cemetary during Flag and Memorial days when the veterans are remembered and gifted with memorial flags. I was devestated when on veteran's day his grave was missed. The grave has both a traditional stone and veterans memorial foot plate. I vowed to not let it happen again.
It was difficult to find an AirForce grave side flag holder until I stumbled across united-states-flag.com. I was a little skeptical but found product to be a quality stand that was easy for an artheretic older gal to install. The colors are beautiful and I'm hoping to enjoy seeing it during my visits.
Thank you for helping me make sure my favorite US Air Force angel veteran is never forgotten.

Extremely durable
I have no idea where I got this flag from but it lasted a whole year flying in the bed of my truck. I am on this website getting another one. By far the only flag I've had that lasted as long as it has. Freeway speeds are no problem for it

Flag purchased was not as described on…
Flag purchased was not as described on website. Inferior quality as stars on flag were printed on fabric and not a true white (a superimposed white star over deep blue fabric lending more to a grey color. This as opposed to a true white or embroidered white star). Description made no reference to product/make specifics. Requested to return for refund and told returns not accepted on clearance sale products. Nowhere on the website did I see this mentioned and the price I paid is higher than the sale price currently listed.
I can only assume this company isn't transparent with their policies and moreso, the quality and craftsmanship of their products. No more business from me.
