I have 3 very active dogs and was tired of buying small inexpensive mats. I wanted something commercial grade. David was terrific. I spoke to him several times before purchase as I had a concern about using a rubber backed mat on my newly installed vinyl plank flooring which is not typically recommended. David was honest and certainly did not try to pressure me into purchasing.
I received my 4x12 plush, brown black mat, cleated back mat just a few days ago and so far so good. David had recommended the cleated back to allow some of the offgasing from the floor to escape. I am going to be in the routine of rolling up my mat every few days and then rolling back out to aide in allowing the off gas process. By the way I have the Lowe’s Stainmaster flooring.
Again customer service was so great I would certainly purchase again.
