It’s a scam! I’ve had to report the company for fraud. When I contacted their customer service they refused to refund the money or address my concerns. You cannot make twibbons with this company. It’s a complete scam just to get you to pay.

I subscribed to one of their service last year and forgot to cancel before renewal. When I noticed the charge, I reached out for a refund. They quickly processed it and even allowed me to keep the value of the subscription. Excellent customer service and quick resolution. Highly recommend!
