I cannot say enough good things about Tuxedo team. I have been using them for the past 3 years and every trip has been perfection. The drivers are always extremely professional, arrive on time, they are always there waiting for me, and transport me from A to B in extreme comfort. I have just returned from a trip to LA and have to make special mention of Daniel, who drove me back to Longwood. He was a delight. Also special mention for Denis, who is in control of everything in the office, and never seems to go home. He is great and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you

Twice now I have turned to Tuxedo for help transporting my most prized treasure … my mother … from Orlando airport to my home in Ocoee. And the experiences have been flawless. Our greeter was at baggage claim waiting, with a smile and sign. It was a quick and easy walk to the car where mom got settled in for a perfectly comfortable drive with wonderful company. Each time, she has arrived to my house with stories about great conversation and a new friend in the driver. What a fabulous gift from Tuxedo. Absolutely outstanding, caring, reliable car service. Booked for my daughter who was traveling solo. Her flight was delayed and cancelled, and they tracked her and kept in touch the whole evening. They continued to track and even when the rebooked flight was delayed they kept in touch and were ready and waiting after she finally arrived. What a relief. What great people.

Great experience! Used this service for transportation from our home to Orlando airport. Driver was on time (4:15am!), friendly and helpful. Car was clean and water bottles ready for us. I'll also be using Tuxedo for our return home next week. I'll let you know how it works out on the way back. My flight was 3 hours late due to weather and arrived in Orlando at 4:30a. I had never used Tuxedo for airport transportation between MCO and Saint Cloud, FL before and I was a little worried that our driver might not be there, but there was no need to worry. Our driver was waiting in baggage claim as promised and with a smile on his face. The SUV I booked was exactly as described on their website. From start to finish they delivered 5 star service. I booked sprinter shuttle van for my wedding to transport our guests from the Alfond Inn in Winter Park, FL to the venue in Longwood, FL and back. Booked Tuxedo limo car service for a pick-up at MCO airport and transportation to a hotel in Cape Canaveral, FL. Booked online with no issues. Due to cancelled and delayed flights, pick up details kept changing. Tuxedo kept in touch via email and text assuring us that they would be there whenever we arrived. After arriving at MCO at 1 am we decided to grab a hotel room and travel the next morning. Tuxedo was extremely accommodating and arrived at our hotel the next morning 15 mins in advance of our scheduled pick up. Oz was our driver and he could not have been more amazing. We felt completely spoiled and very safe through out the 55 minute drive to Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their services without hesitation.

PROFESSIONAL AND DEPENDABLE. This was my first time using a town car service in Orlando. I called a couple of times with questions and Denis was excellent in customer service. My driver, Daniel, was the consummate professional and took excellent care of me. I have used car service in other cities, but this was by far my best experience.
