Absolutely Horrible Experience! Avoid at All Costs!
This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased from. Their customer service is a complete disaster, and their handling of orders is beyond unacceptable.
First, they sent me broken pots without any packaging—how does that even happen? Then, instead of taking responsibility, I had to chase them multiple times just to get a response. When they finally replied, they made me go through a ridiculous process:
1. Share all scan codes (as if it was my fault).
2. Repack the broken items.
3. Print and attach a return sticker.
4. And now, I have to personally drop them off at a PostNL point—why should I go out of my way for their incompetence?
This is completely unacceptable. Why did they ship broken items in the first place, and why am I the one suffering because of their mistakes? A responsible company would have immediately arranged a pickup and processed the refund without making the customer jump through hoops.
🚨 Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this company. They do not care about their customers, and their service is absolutely pathetic. BUYER BEWARE! 🚨
