Trisports.com is excellent.

Suspect there is another store with similar name that is confused for trisports.com as my experience with them before and after ownership change has only been positive. Quick response to questions via chat or email, quick shipping and never an issue with any product.

No shipment, no response

Placed an order a week and a half ago, item was in stock and indicated to ship the same day. Order still hasn't shipped, and the company won't respond to my inquiry. Buyer beware.

In Sandwash close a brilliant quirky shop selling antiques recently opened called Carter & Clair, I have bought a couple of items from here that have gone nicely in our home. If you haven't ventured down to this shop give it a go, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Worthless

Ordered a backordered item, paid for it, estimated ship date got pushed back twice, then the order was cancelled without explanation. Follow up emails ignored.

Horrendous item care and customer service

I have bought from TSR several times before without an issue. This time was a complete farce. I had the winning bid for Fox 36 Kashima coated forks. They arrived in a battered box with 2 pieces of crate paper for protection...
No bubble wrap, no padding, no extra cardboard, just paper.
Some how the stanchions survived the delivery, but the forks were covered in oil. Everywhere.
Reporting this to TSR, they couldn't have cared less. Short, dismissive replies with no explanation or surprise in how woefully packaged the forks were.
Trying to email TSR directly my emails were returned because their mailbox was full (??)
Absolutely dreadful service. Im genuinely shocked and disappointed in Tri Sport Resort.

Dismissive and uncaring

Almost bordering on dishonest, this offshoot of Wiggle seem to relish winding up its loyal customers. Recently purchased a wheelset and the contents were delivered protruding from the packaging. The response - “the packaging was fully taped up”. Well, I’ve still got the packaging and the evidence is clear. Not good.

I give them a single star for a decent…

I give them a single star for a decent website. Beyond that, they are a waste of time. They cancelled my order twice, with no explanation or notification. This is a first for me using and online company. I placed two orders, one online and one with a person over the telephone. Someone in the company just cancelled both orders, after the credit card charge was approved, and did not notify me of the cancellation. Maybe they should not be doing business. They clearly don't know how to do this. I'll let everyone I can reach know to avoid this website and store. Its just a waste of time. I don't get it.

Rubbish company

Useless / Rubbish. Bidder and Bought a item waited over a 2 weeks. Via eBay. Didn’t turn up. Wiggle says must of been lost they don’t have a tracking ref ?? and refunded me. I want the item not a refund . They say they don’t have another one so tuff. Useless company. Waste of time effort money. Never buy anything from them ever again. Seems to happen a lot looking at all the reviews. Scammers

terrible customer service

trying to resolve an issue with a product and I have never experienced such abrupt and frankly rude responses - I had bought several things but the first thing that wasn't right has become a nightmare - I'm stuck and very stressed.....definitely taking your chances with buying from here.

Will not replace faulty goods

Ordered an item described as new on eBay (a returned unused item from Wiggle): didn't have the to fit it to my bike for two months and then found it was broken and useless. TriSport refused to provide a replacement or refund because it was more than 30 days since I bought the item. This is unfair and unprofessional - they supplied faulty goods and should replace it.

I had a gift card from over a year ago

I had a gift card from over a year ago. I was told that the company was sold and that voided all gift cards...and also there was an expiration on the gift card??? I don't know how there can be an expiration on a gift card which is purchased, and why/how a company can't honor a gift card for the company they purchased...debt / obligations included. Slimy excuse for taking advantage of the little person. I'll never shop here again or recommend it to any of my clients. POOR FORM.

Order... then order again, talk to a guy then get your stuff

I had ordered nutrition supplements as well as bike tired and new tubes.. originally.
I got some great deals and I was really looking forward to using all of my new stuff with plenty of time until my half iron man.
I waited a month for my goodies to arrive, I didn't realize a month had passed while I was waiting, because I was focused on training and traveling for work.
I finally was able to all trisports during normal business hours (after I left a message outside of normal business hours).
Eric had assisted me and he was nice as ever.. he was the best part of all of this.
He informed me that my order was cancelled.
I had not cancelled it, not sure who did! (Good thing my credit card wasn't charged, or I would have been angry!)
Eric was able to get me similar tires (not the ones I originally wanted) and tubes.
The nutrition supplements were sold out :(
so I found them.. actually at a better price, from another site in the mean time, but sadly.. they didn't have all the flavors I wanted.
He was able to price match my tires/tubes and ship them to me within 2 days.
Over all happy with what I had received, but all I wanted was my original order.

I ordered a Pair of Luis Garneau Tri Shoes $82. I received a Saddle Mounting kit that had an Indiana address on the invoice. I called Customer Service Three times during working hours. No answer.. I left my Phone number on voice mail. No call back. I also emailed Tri sport with no response.
