They had what I needed at a fair price and shipping -- specifically, the high-rate SLA batteries that you should be using in a UPS (most places don't carry those.)
In addition unlike many places they didn't gouge on the shipping charges either, which is nice to see these days. There's no such thing as "free" incidentally, but "all-in cost" does matter.

I purchased a small Delta 12V switching power supply and a power entry module from TRC. I like their website - it was easy to find what I needed and had the necessary product specs to make a good selection. I didn't want to download their app to track the package, but I did get an email notification when my order was out for delivery. Someone from the company called me after delivery to make sure everything was OK and see if I had any questions. At that point, I hadn't tried out the products, but it was nice to know they had people that were willing to answer any questions. I am REALLY pleased with the power supply - a great design at a decent price. If I have future requirements for power components, I'll definitely keep TRC in mind.
