Tranya dismisses defects, hides shipping restrictions, and might be a drop-shipping front

I bought the Tranya T10B earbuds and they worked fine for a while until the right earbud suddenly started draining within 30 minutes, showing erratic battery levels (e.g. jumping from 10% to 70%) and no longer responding to resets. The left earbud still works perfectly.

Since both sides were charged and stored identically, this clearly isn't normal battery aging it strongly points to a latent hardware defect that only showed up after long-term regular use.

I contacted support with proof of purchase and detailed troubleshooting, but was brushed off with “out of warranty” excuses and told it was just “normal component aging”. This contradicts their own warranty policy, which admits that some countries don’t allow strict time limits on implied warranties especially in cases of potential defects or misleading claims like being “upgraded” or “premium”.

Worse, the support rep (Bella) completely ignored my concerns and instead tried to upsell me other models all while avoiding any meaningful response to any of my issues.

After getting ghosted, I started researching and that’s when the red flags piled up:

🚩 A Pattern of Ignored Defects and Bribery – Other reviewers on Trustpilot have complained about similar defects from charging issues to faulty audio and many mention being ghosted by customer support or offered replacements only in exchange for a 5-star review. That’s incredibly shady.

🚩 Constant fake sales – They run a “Mid-Year Sale” with 60% off on most items year-round, including “early bird” pricing for "new" models released last year. This kind of perpetual discounting is misleading and may violate advertising laws.

🚩 Potential OEM rebranding – The T10B and many of their models look identical to cheap Alibaba earbuds being sold in bulk for under $25. This suggests Tranya may be rebranding generic products at inflated MSRPs to appear more premium than they are.

🚩 Reselling "used" earbuds with no condition info – Tranya sells “USED” models (like the T10) on their official website without explaining the condition, whether the tips have been replaced, or how the units were cleaned/refurbished which is sketchy for in-ear products and raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. This is not something a reputable audio brand would do without clear disclosures.

🚩 No business transparency – Their site lists vague contact emails but no legitimate corporate information. The addresses associated with them include residential units and shared buildings, and a search for their business name turns up no trace. There's no named owner or legal entity anywhere.

🚩 Fake “About Us” page – Their “About” section claims they were founded by an audio engineer who spent years researching audiophile tech, yet this story feels copied-and-pasted and doesn’t match their product lineup, customer support, or reseller-like behavior.

🚩 Misleading global shipping claims – Despite advertising “Free Worldwide Shipping,” they block checkout for Canadian postal codes. When asked, they gave a vague excuse about “warehouse distribution,” but this still contradicts what’s promised on the website.

At this point, I’m convinced Tranya is more of a drop-shipping or white-label reseller operation than a legitimate audio brand. The combination of poor customer service, inconsistent policies, fake scarcity tactics, and a sketchy company setup is deeply concerning.

Do your homework before buying and shop elsewhere if you want a real warranty or actual brand accountability.

Had a issue with my product they sent me out a new one quickly quality is guaranteed. Customer service was spot on and I was fully reimbursed with a new product. I will be shopping from them again when the next gen product comes out.

Congratulations

I live in argentina where whats expensive is also very cheap Quality.. I recently lost the right auricular from the pair I bought from You guys. Export and import in my country is very random lately(taxes and retention) so we're not used to buy things from outside. My point is.. i tried buying another pair here after trying tranya ... The difference is just ridículous.
The X5 were the best sound Quality and battery duration I've ever experienced.
Hope i can get another pair someday soon

The replacement product I was sent is not working

I loved my Tranya Nova earbuds, but after 4 months of using them, they started to get a high pitched sound whenever the noise cancelling mode was activated.

I reached customer service for a solution and they offered to replace my bad Tranya Nova with a new one. I thought that would be the end of it, but the new product I got seems to be defective (the left earbud won't charge). I'm trying contact with the support team to let them know that I got a bad batch of the Tranya Nova and can't get a reply.

So here I am, with two bad Tranya Novas that won't work.......

Great support provided by Tranya customer service

For some time now I have been searching for a product that suits me regarding the sound quality of a headphone, I really like bass so I found Tranya, since then I have become a customer. I had a problem with my last purchase where one of the headphones (T10pro) was defective, but I was very well attended to by the support team who provided me with all the support I needed. I'm waiting for the new phone that will be sent to replace the previous one, I'm sure I won't have any problems with this one. Thanks!

Getting ghosted by Tranya

At first I liked the Tranya products, after my last earbuds broke they sent me a free new pair. But that new pair was broken upon arrival. They said they will not replace them and can give me half my money back. After I said I don't agree with that because they did not provide an working solution I got ghosted and they don't respond anymore.

Defective Earbuds and Lack of Response from Company

I purchased a pair of earbuds for my phone, but unfortunately, they arrived defective: only one earbud charges properly, while the other is unusable. I promptly reported the issue to the company, but they have since disappeared. It has been impossible to get in touch with them. What a scam.

Don't waste your money...

The company's after sales support is complete trash! First the earbuds arrived without additional eartips. I was told to send them back and another package will be sent to me, which i chose not to do, as i didn't want to wait for delivery.
Next, the Tranya Nova earbuds have a software glitch which causes one bud to work with noise cancelling only. This is fixed by opening the app and switching to noise cancelling in there. Also when connecting, and disconnecting the buds to your phone during a phone call, the call disconnects. Both issues were ignored and no response was given. Now one earbud has stopped working completely. Tranya offered a replacement or 50%refund. Now they're not replying to my emails and won't respond at all. What a joke of a company... don't bother with them !
