We visited the Trailfinders office in Sheffield and dealt with Katy Drew. We set out our plans for a visit to Singapore and Australia. Katy set out an itinerary and organised all flights, transfers and accommodation.
We could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of Katy and Trailfinders. The holiday went to plan with no problems. Would trust them to organise our next adventure.

Having been let down by Mercury holidays who cancelled our Canada holiday 56 days before departure contacted Gemma at Trailfinders Brighton office after being recommended her from some friends of ours. Gemma managed to source a much better itinerary at a better price for 2026 and put together a fantastic itinerary to Japan for later this year. She was efficient, professional and really worked hard to ensure we got amazing itineraries that met our needs. Would definitely use again.

A friendly and very helpful agent (Sian) took the time to explore a wide choice of potential bookings for us, narrowing down dates that offered best value, identifying the best available seats and even helping pick the best meal choices – and all done with great patience as we changed our minds as the options became clearer. At the end we not only achieved better pricing than we had found online, but had clear information about the ticket conditions and cost of any changes – which is often unclear when you book online. Very highly recommended.

Very pleasant experience, Lydia has sorted the whole South Africa trip for my wife’s 60th Birthday surprise. Marie was so professional, friendly, efficient, and reassuring. I am quite nervous about undertaking this big trip, bookings, and details involved. Trusting the information they give you

Our consultant, Maria Derbyshire, took us through every possible scenario when booking which gave us great confidence initially. The fact that there were built in safeguards for example arriving at our first port of call a day early we were not worried about delays in flights or other transport problems. The hotel that we stayed in prior to our departure on the cruise was excellent and could not have been closer to the cruise port. The advice given to help us decide how to choose our stateroom on the ship was invaluable.
Overall, it was the experience and knowledge of Trailfinders staff which gave us confidence and the ability to relax over the whole of our holiday plus the fact that we knew from previous experience that Trailfinders were with us and contactable at every step of the vacation.
Receiving a call after the trip to see if everything went well was really appreciated and showed that Trailfinders really care.

The continued success of Trailfinders is based on the extensive knowledge and expertise of the staff who deal face to face with travel asperisations of customers. Whereever the customer wants to go, they can sort it. I have been using Trailfinders for almost 20 years and simply wouldn't trust anyone else to arrange my travel.

We were very well looked after by Khilna Patel. She has the patience of a saint! We were exploring quite a few different options for our flights to New Zealand . She evaluated each with all the pros and cons clearly outlined. Our final choice was inevitable given all the information Khilna provided.
