Still waiting on my discus. I paid for it in November. They had told me that the shipment has been ruined. beginning of February they told me the shipment would be in that week and I haven’t heard a thing. This is the worst website. do not order from this place.

We had a javelin that was damaged in shipping. They were very responsive and immediately took care of a replacement. Very good customer service!

We began a team store with Trackbarn in December 2022, of which we paid a significant amount of money. In doing so, we were told proceed from any orders from our team store would also go to our team. Our athletes ordered items from the team store, they were told 6-10 weeks shipping time. After 4 MONTHS, none of our athletes had any items delivered and Trackbarn informed them they were unsure of an actual shipping date but it could be up to an additional 12 weeks. At that point, most of our parents cancelled their orders. Only a couple of parents managed to get their items but it was 6 months until they did.
Today at the Jr. Olympics in Iowa, we saw athletes that were not on our team or even in our own state with items from OUR team store on trackbarn. We asked one of those athletes where he had gotten it and he said he got it from the trackbarn table for a fraction of what they charged on their site in our team store that WE PAID FOR. We as a team feel this is GROSSLY unethical as we paid for the service of the team store, they could not deliver the items in the time frame they promised, and now are selling items that WE PAID TO HAVE CREATED FOR OUR TEAM. Not to mention, the proceeds from creating the team store that were promised to our team HAVE YET to be given to us even from the few orders that were not cancelled. We are considering taking legal action against trackbarn for failing to deliver on anything they promised us.

I ordered a T-Shirt and Sweatshirt from Trackbarn on December 29, 2022. I have yet to see the items. They keep telling a date they will ship. I wait and nothing. It is May 4, 2023 and we still haven't received the items. We are going on 5 months to receive the T-shirt and sweatshirt. Now they are telling it will ship at the end of May. Terrible service. All they say is they over promised and under delivered. Think twice about ordering anything from TrackBarn

Ordered a backpack during AAU Jr Olympics. Have yet to receive it or a shipping notice email. It was ordered in the first week of August. 1st time purchasing and may be my last.

Worked with my son and I to get the right implement.
They asked a lot of questions about what he was throwing, how far, even looked at some videos. They then gave us advice on what discus would work for him. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all my questions.
The spray on chalk is awesome, my son really likes that too.

Have not heard anything about the bibs I purchased despot the e mail I sent. Need them for an upcoming race. But a call to the office has me more at ease. I am promised they will be here soon

The Olympus training shot is one of the best products I’ve used for throwing. Other training shots I’ve used in the past become rough and irritate the skin on my neck as the paint wears off after many throws. However the Olympus shot has smooth surface underneath with the perfect amount of grip for a training shot. If you’re in preseason or championship season you will always need a heavy and light shot to improve you throw. The Olympus shot is the right choice when looking for a training shot and the price is very reasonable!
