NOT worth your time or your money!

I tried several of Topaz cloud services and the output is the best up to now. However, their system does NOT work properly. Many times it takes the credits off your account and even though support puts them back, you have to waste your time emailing them many times. They ignored my requests to compensate me for Topaz wasting my time, so that has a LOT to be desired, so I will say that as soon as they get a good competitor, they'll go out of biz. Also, and maybe worse, you canNOT delete your original files. There is no DELETE button, which makes me wonder why in the world they keep your copyrighted work in their system. They have NO right whatsoever to do so. I'm moving on with life withOUT Topaz. It is not a good company, just the best option for now, with horrible service.

I think that the upscale function needs to be improved. The standard V2 is worse than the standard V1. I hope there will be a V3 soon.
topaz was a very good product in the beginning, but since everything has been set to generative AI, the other functions have become worse.

Years ago, Topaz products were a bit buggy and keeping track of products and updates was a mess. A few years ago they steamlined everything. No more crashes and the licensing is much smoother.

Works for the right images.

If the AI understands the image it can deal with it. If it can't then it makes a mess of the image. The software is in really early stages and still has a major problem with adding trash pixels to images. Often too much trash to think about cleaning it up manually. To prevent the added trash I had to not up scale. Creating only 1x images would give me the best results. They still have a lot of work to do before people should add this to their workflow. My main interest was to process abstract designs and it always made them worst, so I was extremely disappointed. Other AI software services do a much better job for that.

I think the main thing to say is that the information given was accurate and easy to follow. The purchase was simple and hassle-free.

The product was better than I could have hoped for and I can confidently say it is the best piece of software I have ever purchased.
