First purchase, love Tire Rack
I have referenced tires on Tire Rack for years, but this the first time purchasing. First, after checking with local tire shops, the tire and installation charges with Tire Rack and preferred installer were over $200 less, point TR. Second, the tires arrived overnight at the installer, second point TR. The preferred installer, European Auto Garage in Knoxville, is fantastic with customer service. The Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus have transformed my BMW 535i Xdrive, more on that later

My tires were delivered two days earlier than expected and I was able to get them installed at an earlier time than expected.

One time delivery and installation
I ordered the tires from Tire rack on a Sunday and they arrived at Discount tire on Tuesday. I called Discount Tire and made an appointment for Thursday at 4:30. I was in and out in an hour and totally satisfied with the service.
