I have used this company for many years. My bunnies have all loved the lovely, high quality hay and I have been consistently impressed with the fast delivery and service.

I've been using this Timothyhay company for a good while now, and just felt compelled to write a review. The hay is consistently superior quality and delivery is always fast - next day or two in most cases! Fab company! Most importantly, the guinea pigs love it!
For reference, I usually order the soft cut timothy hay, but occasionally order the orchard grass just for a change.

5 years I've been coming to the company for my hay after experiencing some bad dusty hay at the supermarkets. 5 years, never a bad batch. We originally got it in bags, but they moved to boxes to keep it eco-friendly. I ordered every couple of months since May 2020 and will continue to do so as long as I keep small furries.

Was so hopeful from the positive reviews, however, the box of Timothy hay I received was so dusty with thick black dust that it made me quite unwell! The hay itself was really stalky as I’d hoped, however my buns were not very happy with the quality, and didn’t eat much, likely due to the thick dust! Would not recommend or order again unless the company started extracting the dust (as I’d expected with buying hay for rabbits)!

This really is THE best timothy hay. I have tried other online hay companies, much to the disgust of our chinchillas!
This timothy hay is definitely the best, hay baskets are always emptied, a herd of 50 chinchillas can't be wrong!
Also thoroughly enjoyed by our rabbit and 3 guinea pigs!

Excellent Service and very quick delivery. The hay came the next day. It is the best quality hay I have bought. It is lovely and green and smells. My Guinea Pigs absolutely love it. My piggies are quite fussy with the hay, they know quality when they see it.

Recently I had to change my hay supplier and was on the look out for a new company. I placed my first order with Timothyhay and I couldn't be more happy. The hay I received is phenomenal! Green, dust free and smells gorgeous. My bunnies couldn't get enough of it too.
I would highly recommend to anyone who looks for a great quality of product 👌

I have been using Timothy Hay UK for years and it is, by far, the best hay money can buy. My bunnies absolutely love it and they have lovely crumbly, light brown poops because of it! After ordering, it arrives really quickly…sometimes even the following day. Many thanks!

I have been using this website for 5 yrs now to get the best quality hay for my bunny. I live in a big block of flats in London, so I have issues with bigger deliveries as a standard, but not here, plus the quality is so good that I have never had to go to the vet to have my bunny's teeth filed. I cannot write enough praises about this service - IF YOU WANT YOUR BUNNY TO BE HEALTHY BUY IT FROM HERE !!

The hay in pet shops is dust compared to this companies hay! My rabbits refuse to eat anything else now. Always comes the next day, is as plastic free as possible and lovely quality.

Current batch of hay not the usual standard. I realise that hay is a natural product and will be reliant on the weather etc. However no updated photos on the website and description didn’t reflect the product I received. Very expensive product for yellow and brown hay that my animals are barely eating.

Hopefully future batches improve or the company at least is more up front that the product they are shipping is nothing like previous batches or the current photos.

I’ve used Timothyhay.co.uk for a very long time to sustain my four rabbits; they’ve always enjoyed their hay, I find it’s good quality, and we are especially happy since they switched to boxes rather than plastic bags. My most recent hay order however hasn’t gone down well with my rabbits; they all seem really unkeen to eat it and don’t really touch it. One rabbit has lost some weight and I’m almost relying on their fresh veggies and some pellets (they have access to unlimited hay of course but not eating a lot). Just wondering if other customers have experienced the same recently? I think I’ll have to buy either another box or get some from somewhere else it they won’t eat this! I saw another review said there were mites in their hay, so I may check for this.

Have been ordering orchard grass from TimothyHay for a number of years and we love it.

I have allergies and this hay doesn't affect me. The quality of the hay is far superior to anything we've used before and it's delivered exceptionally quickly.

Couldn't recomend highly enough.

AVOID… I recently changed to this hay after being recommended. I realised a few weeks after my guinea pigs were itching . They were all covered with mites . When I examined the hay clearer it was crawling with mites. It has resulted in stressed animals and as a adopter for RSPCA I wanted the best for my pigs. All this did was give me expensive vet bills to treat them. Appalled that a company who prides itself on providing best hay did this to my animals. As I said Do not buy and take the risk of infecting your animals

Bunnies love it.
Since being suggested to this seller my rabbits are so happy and eat loads of hay. Previously they would pick through and only eat the odd piece. Since getting this stuff they devour the lot.
Do your bunnies a favour and buy from here.

I've been ordering hay from here for a year now, the quality is consistently great and delivery is so quick. My rabbit loves this hay and can't get enough. Can't recommend enough and I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.
