these people are spectacular!

The company responded immediately to my inquiry.
although I didn't technically qualify for a replacement camera, they responded right away. And, additionally, I got a call from their support staff to offer assistance. In a world of crappy customer support, these people are spectacular!

FRAUD

I would be thrilled if your techs stopped trashing my system. It is now unreliable and insecure. The "back door" software access code is being used (most likely by your techs) and tech will not provide me with the code so I can repair the damage. Please provide contact information to you exec office as I consider this to be fraud. I'm not getting what I paid for. Your techs advised me that the system is not accessible via WiFi, not true! My system has NEVER been connected to the internet, yet it is still being trashed. Your techs are lying, plain and simple.
One of more of your techs need to be fired and my system must be secured, NO ACCESS BY ANYONE EXCEPT ME!

I like their cameras

I like their cameras. I'm not an expert nor claim to be one but I do believe they are quality optics. Also, and just as important to me, they typically respond quickly to a problem or a question with a knowledgeable and professional answer, sometimes in less than an hour.

Connecting my offline camera.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ian today and I explained to him that I lost connection to my camera 2. He was very patient in assisting me with the issue. He was polite and asked my permission to place me on a brief hold if necessary. He was able to instruct me on reconnecting my 2nd camera and resolved my issue. I am very pleased with the service that I received today. Thank you, Ian!

With 30+ years in IT support

With 30+ years in IT support, I did thorough research on Security DVRs to replace my 15 year old unit of another brand, which finally failed. The TS-302T08-2B DVR I purchased on Amazon in 2024 definitely had the most bang-for-the-buck. The features met my needs completely and was pretty much a plug&play replacement for my old unit, and has run well for over a year. The few times I needed help from support were excellent. Their response was fast, thorough, and professional.

App Issues Solved

I had issues with the app staying connected. I emailed customer support about the issue. They followed up with instructions to fix the issue within a couple of hours, and this was on the weekend. Long story short they fixed the issue I was having. I’m very impressed with Tigersecu!
