I ordered a ring, bracelet, earrings, and necklace from this company, and unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the overall quality.I spent 2k on this
I specifically ordered a ring in 14K gold, but it has no markings to confirm it's actually gold. This makes me very suspicious — it could be any cheap alloy.
The bracelet broke after just one month of normal wear. The chain links are so thin and fragile, it was clearly not made to last.
The earrings looked much bigger in the pictures. In reality, they’re tiny — they almost look like they're made for children, but this was never mentioned anywhere in the product description.
The only item that seems okay so far is the necklace, but after this experience, I don’t feel confident it will last either.
I regret this purchase. For the price, I expected genuine quality and transparency, not disappointment and doubt.

My third personal collection's purchase in one month since finding The Pearl Source mid May 2025. Had purchased high end high cost cultured pearl earrings to replace a lost earring. But was not pleased with design and returned them. The Pearl Sources’ merchandise, Customer Service Teams, are top notch Five Stars! My journey to buy many more pieces continues. Their bangles while for smaller wrists mine 6” are easy to put on/off yourself, secure and comfortable to wear. Plus they are beautiful!! Happy in the sunshine State of CA Bay Area.

There was an issue with the order, but it was addressed immediately by Audrey with a phone call, and the correction of the issue ensued.
